Transcribe board meetings and AGMs in Peru with the figures pulled out.
A board meeting or annual shareholders' meeting in Peru usually runs two to five hours, and a 5-hour recording comes back as text in about 10 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers the full 300 minutes with 200 left for the next session. You get a brief with the decisions and every figure that was said, ready to draft the minutes from.
What the secretary gets back
The meeting as a record you can write minutes from, not a recording you have to replay.
Every number in one list
Budgets, share counts, percentages, dates and deadlines spoken aloud are gathered into one list, each with its timestamp. When a director quotes a figure from the financial statements, you can jump to that moment and hear it again before it goes into the minutes.
Chapters along the agenda
A session that moves through the previous minutes, the financial report, the resolutions and other business returns in chapters that follow those turns, each with a start time. Five hours of discussion becomes a table of contents rather than one block of text.
Who raised what
Speakers are identified and named in the summary, key quotes and chapters, so the brief can say which director raised an objection and who proposed the vote. Read it against your attendance list before anything is signed.
A year of sessions
Ten board sessions of 3 hours come to 1,800 minutes, which the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes covers at $0.36 per audio hour. A company secretary recording several committees every week can look at the $19 monthly Workspace instead.
Why board audio sits unheard
Five hours of recording, and the minutes are due on Friday.
✗ Replaying to find the vote
The recording exists, but finding one resolution means dragging through hours of discussion.
- Scrubbing a 5-hour file for one figure
- Minutes drafted from handwritten notes
- Splitting the recording to fit an upload form
- A transcription quote for every hour of audio
- Figures heard once and copied wrong
- No timestamp to settle a disagreement later
✓ The meeting, searchable
The whole session returns on one timeline, with the decisions and numbers already listed.
- About 10 minutes for 5 hours
- Figures and dates listed with timestamps
- Agenda-shaped chapters
- Directors named in the summary
- Room for 10 hours or 5 GB in one file
- DOCX for the minutes, JSON for the archive

FAQ
Board and AGM recordings, the usual questions.
How long does a 5-hour board meeting take to transcribe?
Around 10 minutes. A 2-hour session finishes in about 4 and a 3-hour one in about 6. You can close the tab during processing and find the result in your Library.
What does an AGM recording cost?
A 4-hour annual meeting is 240 minutes, which fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes, roughly $0.72 per audio hour. For a year of monthly sessions, the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes holds about eleven 3-hour meetings. Every price on the site is in US dollars.
The meeting was recorded on video and the file is large. Will it upload?
A single file may run to 10 hours or 5 GB. Before your first pack the limit is 2 GB, and a bigger file starts once a pack is on the account. If a long video passes 5 GB, export the audio track alone, which is far smaller and transcribes the same.
Can it draft the minutes for me?
It drafts the raw material: a brief with the decisions and takeaways, the figures and dates said, chapters by agenda item, and a chat you can ask which motions were approved. The minutes themselves stay your document, written and approved the way your board approves them.
Directors switched between Spanish and English. Does that work?
Spanish is detected automatically, among 99 languages. The transcript follows the main language of the recording, so check any stretch where the discussion moved into English, such as a presentation from a foreign shareholder.
Who can see a board recording, and which exports are there?
Board recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and you can delete the file and its transcript at any time. You can export TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON.
