Roughly 4 minutes, since processing runs near 2 minutes per audio hour. A 90-minute service takes around 3. It can be running while the hall is being tidied.
What does a year of Sunday services cost?
A 90-minute service is 90 minutes, and 52 of them make 4,680 minutes, which fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes with room for a few special services. For a month at a time, the $6 pack of 500 minutes holds four two-hour services. Prices are in US dollars, and credits never expire. Our livestream file of the service runs to several gigabytes. Will it upload?
The ceiling per file is 5 GB or 10 hours, whichever comes first. Until the church buys its first pack, uploads stop at 2 GB, and anything bigger starts after a pack is added. Pasting the YouTube replay link avoids the upload altogether.
Should I cut the music out before uploading?
No need. Music, singing and applause are not transcribed, so the full service can go in as recorded and the chapters will still mark where the sermon begins.
Our congregation worships in French, Korean or Tagalog. Does that work?
Yes. 99 languages are detected automatically, French, Korean and Tagalog among them, and a service that moves between English and Tagalog is handled. You do not choose a language before uploading.
Which files do we get, and what happens to the recording?
One run gives TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and the church can delete any service at any time.
