Transcribe a sermon series all the weeks together.
You want the whole sermon series as text, not one week at a time: a book study, a season of messages or a year of Sundays. Share the Drive folder or paste the video links and every sermon is transcribed separately, about 2 minutes per hour of audio, on one pack: 40 sermons of 45 minutes is 1,800 minutes, inside one $12 pack.
Why a whole series
A series makes sense read together, so transcribe it together.
A folder, not forty uploads
Put the series in a Google Drive folder and paste the share link once; every recording in it is picked up. Messages that live on YouTube or Vimeo go in as links, and files on your computer can be dropped in batches.
One pack for the whole run
Minutes come in one-time packs that never expire. A 40-week series of 45-minute sermons is 1,800 minutes, which fits the $12 pack (2,000 minutes). The $24 pack (5,000 minutes) covers about 83 hours, enough for a full year of weekly messages.
Each sermon keeps its own brief
Every message comes back with its main point, takeaways, chapters and the questions it addresses. Reading the briefs side by side shows how a series develops week to week without replaying any of it.
Search across the year
All the transcripts sit in one Library. Search a word or a name and see every week it came up, which is the job that used to need someone with a good memory and a notebook.
Week by week
Transcribing one Sunday at a time never catches up.
✗ One at a time
Each sermon is a separate chore, and after a few weeks the backlog wins.
- Download, upload, wait, repeat for every week
- Monthly plans that charge for unused weeks
- Per-file caps that cut longer messages short
- Transcripts saved in a dozen places
- No way to search the series as a whole
- A book project stalled at week six
✓ The series at once
The full set goes in together and comes back as one searchable collection.
- A Drive folder link picks up every file
- Video links for sermons already posted
- One-time packs, minutes that never expire
- Each sermon up to 10 hours or 5 GB
- A brief and chapters for every message
- One Library to search the whole series

FAQ
Sermon series, answered.
How long does a whole series take?
Each sermon runs at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 45-minute message takes roughly a minute and a half. A series sent together is worked through in turn, and you can leave while it runs.
What does a 40-sermon series cost?
40 sermons of 45 minutes is 1,800 minutes, covered by one $12 pack (2,000 minutes). A year of 52 weekly 45-minute sermons is 2,340 minutes, which suits the $24 pack (5,000 minutes, about 83 hours). Credits never expire, so the rest waits for the next series.
Is there a size limit per sermon?
Each file can be up to 10 hours and 5 GB. Before the first pack, a single upload can be up to 2 GB; a larger one starts once a pack is on the account. Drive and video links need no upload at all.
Do I need to trim each recording to just the sermon?
No. Send each recording as it is; chapters show where the sermon starts and ends within it, and the brief focuses on the message.
Our series was preached in more than one language. Is that a problem?
Each sermon has its language detected separately, from 99 supported, so an English week and a Spanish week in the same folder each come back in their own language.
Can we turn the series into a book or study guide?
Export each transcript as DOCX to edit, or as TXT and JSON for a larger project; SRT and VTT add captions to the posted videos. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and the text is yours to edit and publish.
