Transcribe church service recordings from Israel, week after week.
A 90 to 120 minute church service recorded in Israel transcribes in about 3 to 4 minutes, in Hebrew, English or another of 99 languages, with nothing to set. The first 20 minutes are free, and a $6 pack of 500 minutes covers four two-hour services.
For the media team
The service is recorded every week. The text can be too.
The sermon, easy to find
Worship songs and instrumental passages are not transcribed, since music is left out and the speech is kept. Chapters mark the readings, the sermon and the announcements, so the message can be shared on its own.
Bilingual congregations
A service in Hebrew or in English is detected automatically. When a service moves between the two, it is transcribed on its main language, so read the passages in the other one before you publish the text.
A year of Sundays, counted
Fifty-two services of two hours each come to 6,240 minutes. The $24 pack of 5,000 minutes covers about 41 of them, and a media team that records every week may prefer the $19 per month Workspace, which is billed monthly.
Notes the congregation can use
The brief gathers the passages cited, the main points of the sermon and any dates announced. That gives a head start on study notes, a newsletter paragraph or the description for the posted video.
Why service recordings get no further
The video goes up. The words stay locked inside it.
✗ Video only
Most congregations post the service and leave it there, because writing it up takes a volunteer's whole evening.
- Two hours of video nobody skims
- A volunteer typing sermon notes by hand
- Captions generated with the songs garbled
- No text for people who prefer to read
- Old sermons impossible to search
- Study groups working from memory
✓ Video and text
Each service becomes text with the sermon marked, ready to share the same day.
- About 4 minutes for a two-hour service
- Chapters for readings, sermon and announcements
- Preachers and readers named in the summary
- Scripture references collected in the brief
- DOCX for study notes
- SRT and VTT for the posted video

FAQ
Church services from Israel, the practical questions.
How long does a service take to transcribe?
A two-hour service takes about 4 minutes and a 90-minute service about 3, at close to 2 minutes per hour of audio.
What does it cost for a congregation?
One two-hour service is 120 minutes, so the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers four of them. Fifty-two two-hour services come to 6,240 minutes, more than the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes holds so a second pack covers the rest of the year. Prices are in US dollars.
Will the service video upload?
A two-hour service video is usually under 2 GB, which uploads before the first pack. If the service went out on YouTube, paste the link instead and nothing needs uploading.
Which languages work?
Both Hebrew and English are recognised without a setting, out of 99 languages. A service in two languages is transcribed on its main language, and the passages in the other one deserve a read before you publish them.
Is the worship music transcribed?
No. Music, sound effects and crowd noise are not transcribed. The speech is, so the readings, prayers, sermon and announcements come back as text.
Which formats come back, and is the recording private?
Every service can be downloaded as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and the media team can delete a service whenever it chooses.
