Transcribe a Hindi community meeting in New Zealand and keep every proposal on record.
A 90-minute Hindi community meeting recorded in New Zealand is transcribed in about 3 minutes, with Hindi detected automatically and the English words members use left as spoken. The first 20 minutes are free, and five such meetings, 450 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes.
For volunteer committees
A Holi programme, a seniors' health day and a language school, all planned by volunteers.
Proposals, then decisions
The brief lists what was proposed, what passed and the questions still open, each with the timestamp where the vote happened.
Readable in Devanagari
Hindi speech usually comes back in Devanagari with English words in Latin letters, so older members read it as they would a letter and younger members can search it.
A year in minutes
Twelve monthly meetings of 90 minutes come to 1,080 minutes, on the $12 pack of 2,000, leaving 920 minutes for the annual general meeting and special sessions.
Old recordings in a folder
Gather past meetings in a Google Drive folder and paste the share link, or send a large hall video through the upload page. Each file in the folder becomes its own transcript, so a decade of annual general meetings can be read side by side.
Why volunteers re-argue the same points
Committees change every year. The recordings stay, but nobody can read them.
✗ Recordings nobody opens
Each meeting is recorded on a phone and forgotten, and the incoming committee starts from scratch.

Sample output
A monthly meeting, from the minutes to the vote.
Sample lines made up for this page; no real association or person. English gloss: welcome, let's read last meeting's minutes first; the hall is booked for the Holi programme; a proposal to hold a monthly health camp for seniors; those who agree, raise your hands, the proposal is passed.

FAQ
Hindi meetings in New Zealand, answered.
How long does a 90-minute meeting take?
About 3 minutes. Two minutes of processing per hour of audio is the usual pace, so a 2-hour annual general meeting takes about 4. The secretary can upload from a phone on the way home and read the full text before dinner, then start the minutes from the brief rather than from a blank page.
What will our association spend in a year?
Five 90-minute meetings, 450 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500. Twelve monthly meetings, 1,080 minutes, fit the $12 pack of 2,000. Prices are in USD, paid once, with no subscription, and unused credits carry over because they never expire.
Some members speak Fiji Hindi or switch to English. What happens?
The recording is detected on its main language and transcribed in it, with English handled in the same pass. Where a speaker uses a strongly regional variety, read those passages against the audio before quoting them.
Can I test one meeting first?
Yes. Your first 20 minutes are free as a first-time visitor, so a short subcommittee meeting may be transcribed in full and a longer one shows its opening as a preview. A pack from $6 continues the transcript from the point where the preview ended, without uploading again.
Our recording is a 2 GB video. Will it work?
Yes. One file can run to 10 hours or 5 GB, and before the first pack an upload can be up to 2 GB. The box on this page takes 500 MB, and larger files continue on the main upload page.
Who sees the transcript?
Only your account. Meetings are transcribed on our own servers and never used for training. Download a DOCX to edit the minutes, a TXT for the archive, or SRT and VTT if the meeting video is shared with members who could not attend, and JSON for any tool the association already uses to keep records.
