Zoom and Teams recordings · ~3 min for 90 min · from $6

Transcribe Ilocano Zoom and Teams meetings for the weekly minutes.

An Ilocano team meeting recorded on Zoom or Teams becomes text at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 90-minute weekly report meeting is ready in about 3 minutes. Four such meetings are 360 minutes, which fits the $6 pack of 500, and the first 20 minutes are free for a first-time visitor.

From the recording to the minutes

The meeting ran in three languages. The minutes still have to be written by morning.

Getting the file

A Zoom cloud recording downloads from the Zoom web portal as an MP4 video, often with a separate M4A audio file that is smaller and uploads faster. A Teams recording is an MP4 in the OneDrive of whoever pressed record, or in the channel's SharePoint files. Download it, then drop it here.

Three languages, one draft

Team members from Ilocos or Cagayan may report in Ilocano, ask questions in English and joke in Tagalog. English and Tagalog are detected automatically and transcribed cleanly. Ilocano is supported with lower accuracy than the major languages, so the Ilocano parts are a fast first draft worth one review pass.

Built for night shifts

Teams on a client's hours meet late and write up later. Upload the recording when the call ends and the transcript is waiting at the start of the next shift, with chapters for each report and the people who gave them named in the summary, key quotes and chapters.

A quarter of meetings

Thirteen weekly meetings of 90 minutes are 1,170 minutes, inside the $12 pack of 2,000. A team that also records monthly client calls of an hour adds 180 minutes and still fits. A $19 monthly Workspace exists for a team that records every week.

Why meeting minutes slip

Ninety minutes of reports, three languages, one person taking notes.

✗ Notes from memory

Someone types while also trying to take part in the meeting.

  • Half the reports missed while typing
  • Ilocano remarks left out of the minutes
  • Action owners not written down
  • A recording nobody replays
  • Client questions answered twice
  • Minutes sent two days late

✓ Minutes from the transcript

The recording becomes text, and the minutes start from its brief.

  • Ninety minutes back in about 3
  • English and Tagalog clean
  • Chapters for each report
  • Owners and dates pulled out
  • DOCX for the minutes
  • Chat to ask who promised what

FAQ

Ilocano meetings, the common questions.

How quickly is a recorded meeting ready?

Roughly 3 minutes for a 90-minute meeting, at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, counted from when the upload finishes. A one-hour client call is ready in about 2 minutes.

What will a month of our meetings cost?

Four 90-minute meetings a month are 360 minutes, inside the $6 pack of 500. A quarter of weekly meetings, 1,170 minutes, fits the $12 pack of 2,000. The credits never expire and nothing renews unless you buy again.

Which file should I download from Zoom?

Either works. The M4A audio-only file is the smaller one and uploads faster; the MP4 video gives the same transcript. Each can run up to 10 hours or 5 GB as a single file.

Do you join our Zoom or Teams calls?

No. No bot joins a live meeting, and there is no Zoom or Teams integration. You record as usual and upload the file afterwards, which keeps the call itself unchanged.

Is the review pass on Ilocano long?

Usually it means listening to the Ilocano reports and fixing names, places and local terms; the English and Tagalog parts rarely need it. Clicking a line plays that moment, so you correct as you read.

Where does the recording go?

It is processed on our own servers and never used for training, and you can delete it with its transcript at any time. The minutes export as DOCX or TXT, captions as SRT or VTT, and data as JSON.
