Transcribe Ilocano BPO call recordings for the QA review.
Ilocano BPO call recordings are transcribed at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a QA batch of 150 ten-minute calls, 1,500 minutes in all, fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. English parts of each call come back cleanly, and a first-time visitor gets the first 20 minutes free to test one call before buying.
From the call batch to the QA form
QA listens for what the agent said and how. The transcript lets the reviewer read first and listen where it counts.
Calls as agents take them
An agent on a campaign serving the north may open in English, move to Ilocano when the caller does, and slip in Tagalog for a term. Tagalog and English are detected automatically and come back cleanly. The Ilocano stretches get the check described in the questions below before they decide a score.
Batch arithmetic for QA
One hundred and fifty calls of ten minutes are 1,500 minutes, inside the $12 pack of 2,000 with 500 to spare. A smaller sample of forty such calls is 400 minutes, within the $6 pack of 500. Credits never expire, so a pack bought for one audit carries into the next.
Long calls and coaching
Escalations, training huddles and calibration sessions run far longer than a sales call. One file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, so a two-hour calibration goes up whole and comes back in about 4 minutes with chapters and the names of who spoke in each part.
Reviewer notes with times
Every line carries a timestamp, so a QA note can point to 00:06:42 rather than to 'somewhere in the middle'. The brief lists the questions the call answered and the commitments made, and the chat over the transcript can find where the agent quoted a policy.
Why QA falls behind on regional calls
A reviewer who does not speak Ilocano cannot score half the call by ear.
✗ Scoring by ear
Reviewers replay each call and hope the language matches their own.
- Calls skipped when the language changes
- Replaying a ten-minute call three times
- Notes without timestamps
- Scores that differ between reviewers
- Calibration sessions nobody writes up
- A backlog at the end of the month
✓ Scoring from text
Read the call first, listen to the moments that matter, then score.
- About 20 seconds for a ten-minute call
- English parts clean, Ilocano drafted
- Timestamps for each finding
- 150 calls inside the $12 pack
- Calibration sessions chaptered
- Exports to DOCX, TXT or JSON

FAQ
Ilocano call recordings for QA, answered.
How long will a QA batch take to come back?
Calls processed at about 2 minutes per audio hour, so a ten-minute call takes roughly 20 seconds and a 1,500-minute batch about 50 minutes in all. Each call goes in as its own file, and each transcript waits in your Library.
What will a monthly QA sample of calls cost?
At 150 ten-minute calls a month, 1,500 minutes, the $12 pack of 2,000 covers it with 500 left. A larger audit of 400 calls of the same length is 4,000 minutes and fits the $24 pack of 5,000, which also includes API access. All pack prices on this page are in US dollars.
How good is the Ilocano part of a call?
Ilocano is supported, but its accuracy is lower than for English or Tagalog. Read those lines as a first draft and check them against the audio before a score depends on them. The English side of the conversation comes back cleanly.
Do call recordings need converting?
Most dialler exports are ordinary audio files such as WAV or MP3 and upload as they are. If a dialler export is refused, convert that call to MP3 and upload it again. Any single call file can reach 10 hours or 5 GB.
Will anything join our live calls?
No. Nothing joins a live call; we work only on recordings you upload afterwards. There is no integration with any dialler or CRM, so you choose exactly which calls leave your system.
Are customer calls kept out of training?
Yes. Calls are transcribed on our own servers and never used for training, and each call and transcript can be deleted at any time. Agent and caller are named in the summary, key quotes and chapters; exports are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON.
