Call transcription for BPO teams for QA and training, after the call.
BPO teams in the Philippines can upload long call recordings, calibration sessions and training waves as files, and 6 hours of audio comes back in about 12 minutes. No bot joins any call; the work happens on the recording afterwards, the first 20 minutes are free, and packs start at $6 for 500 minutes.
For QA leads, trainers and team managers
Hours of calls and coaching, turned into text a QA team can score from.
No bot on the line
Nothing connects to your dialer or joins a live call. Export the recording from whatever system stores it, then upload the file here. That keeps the live floor untouched and lets QA decide which calls are worth a full read.
Read the call, then score it
The summary names the agent and the customer, and lists the questions the call answered and the numbers that were said, such as account dates or amounts. A QA lead can find the moment a policy was quoted by its timestamp instead of replaying the whole call.
Long sessions, one file
Calibration meetings, nesting reviews and product trainings often run for most of a shift. One file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, so a whole session goes in at once and its chapters follow the agenda.
Hours to pack
A 6-hour training day is 360 minutes, which fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes. A team reviewing 30 hours of calls and sessions a week uses 1,800 minutes, inside the $12 pack of 2,000. Credits never expire, so a slow week does not waste them.
Where call QA slows down
Listening is the bottleneck, not scoring.
✗ Scoring by ear
A QA analyst can only listen to so many hours a shift, so most calls are sampled and the rest go unheard. Calibration then turns into a debate about what each person remembers hearing.
- Calls replayed at full length
- Notes typed while listening
- Calibration debates over what was said
- Training sessions nobody rewatches
- Bots that need access to the live call
- Accents and Taglish lost in captions
✓ Calls as text
Upload the recordings after the fact and read them at reading speed. A call that takes 40 minutes to replay takes a few minutes to read, and the disputed line has a timestamp everyone can check.
- About 12 minutes for 6 hours of audio
- Agent and customer named in the summary
- Timestamps for every quoted line
- Questions answered on the call listed
- Chat to ask whether a disclosure was read
- JSON for your scorecard tooling

FAQ
BPO call transcription, the common questions.
How fast is a long call or session transcribed?
Speed runs near 2 minutes per audio hour. A 45-minute escalation call takes under 2 minutes, and a 6-hour training day around 12. Several files can be uploaded and processed one after another.
What does a week of recordings cost?
Add up the minutes. A 6-hour session is 360 minutes and fits the $6 pack of 500. Thirty hours a week is 1,800 minutes, inside the $12 pack of 2,000. A floor reviewing more than 33 hours a week moves to the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes, about $0.29 an audio hour, which also includes API access.
Is there a plan for a whole team?
A $19/month Workspace exists for a team that records every week and wants shared access. Packs work for a single QA lead or trainer. Both are paid in US dollars by card.
Our recordings are long and large. Will they upload?
Before the first pack, one upload can be up to 2 GB; after it, 5 GB or 10 hours per file. A shift longer than 10 hours goes in as two files. Call audio exported as MP3 or WAV is usually far below those limits.
Does it handle accents and Taglish?
Yes. The main language is detected automatically among 99, and English and Tagalog switches in one call are handled. Agents and customers speaking English with any accent are transcribed as spoken.
Where do the recordings go?
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Delete a recording and its transcript whenever you like. Check that your client contract allows call recordings to be processed outside your own systems before you upload them.
