Transcribe a Kapampangan Zoom or Teams meeting and have the minutes out before shift change.
A 2-hour Zoom or Teams meeting held in Kapampangan and English is transcribed in about 4 minutes, and four meetings of that length fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes. English comes back cleanly, while Kapampangan is supported as a fast first draft that needs one review pass. The first 20 minutes are free for a first-time visitor, and no bot ever joins the call.
For team leads and coordinators
The meeting ends at the end of a night shift. The minutes should not wait for the next one.
Your minutes begin with the brief
The thesis of the meeting, the decisions taken and the takeaways sit at the top, written from the whole recording, ready to paste under your own headings. Edit the wording to suit your client before sending, since the brief is written from the speech, not from your template.
Who owns what, and by when
Numbers, dates and names said in the meeting are listed: the ticket count from the weekly report, the client's deadline, the person who agreed to follow up. Spoken figures are worth one glance against the report itself before they go to a client.
One chapter per report
Each report and each client topic becomes a chapter with its start time, so someone who missed the call can go straight to their part.
Recorded, then uploaded
Download the Zoom or Teams recording and send it through the upload page; nothing is installed in your meeting tool. Teams recordings in particular are downloaded first and then uploaded as a file.
Why minutes slip
Whoever takes the minutes misses half the meeting while typing them.
✗ Minutes by hand
One person types while also presenting their numbers. Side remarks in Kapampangan, the client's exact words and the action items said at the very end are the first things lost. On a night shift serving clients overseas, the meeting may be the last thing before going home, and the minutes are the first thing skipped.
- A note-taker who cannot also take part
- Action items said in the last minute
- Client wording paraphrased from memory
- Kapampangan remarks left out of the notes
- Minutes sent a day late
- No record of who agreed to what
✓ Minutes from the uploaded file
Everyone takes part, the recording is uploaded afterwards, and the minutes are checked rather than written. Coordinators can upload the recording right after the call ends and send minutes within the same shift.
- Decisions and takeaways up front
- Who owns each task, and when
- Chapters per report
- Exact quotes from the client
- Chat to ask what was agreed
- DOCX for the team drive

FAQ
Kapampangan meeting recordings, answered.
How soon are the minutes ready?
A 2-hour meeting is processed in about 4 minutes. A 1-hour stand-up takes about 2. Meetings are processed one after another, so a whole week's recordings can be uploaded at once.
What will a month of recorded meetings cost?
Four weekly meetings of 2 hours are 480 minutes, which fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes. Daily 1-hour stand-ups over 22 working days are 1,320 minutes, a fit for the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. A team that records every week may prefer the $19 a month Workspace.
Where do I get the recording?
A Zoom recording saved to your computer is usually an MP4 with a separate M4A audio file; a cloud recording is downloaded from your Zoom account. For Teams, download the recording first, then upload it. Either way the file comes here, not a link into the meeting tool.
Is a long recording too big?
One file can be 10 hours or 5 GB. Uploads up to 2 GB go through before the first pack; above that, the file starts once a pack is on the account. Uploading the audio-only M4A keeps things small.
How is the mix of languages handled?
A meeting is detected on its main language, and switching between English, Tagalog and Kapampangan in the same meeting is handled with no setting to choose. Tagalog and Filipino are detected automatically. Read the Kapampangan side remarks once before quoting them to anyone outside the team.
Which exports, and who sees the meeting?
The meeting exports as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON files. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
