Transcribe long recordings made in Adobe Podcast remote interviews and cleaned-up speech.
Download the recording or the enhanced version from Adobe Podcast, usually a WAV or MP3, and upload it here; a 2-hour interview comes back as text in about 4 minutes. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
From the browser studio to text
Adobe Podcast makes the voice sound clean. WhipScribe makes the conversation readable, quotable and searchable.
Download, then upload
Open the recording in Adobe Podcast and look for the download option; depending on the version and the track, it offers the original take, the enhanced audio or both, usually as WAV or MP3. Either file works. Pick the enhanced one if the room was noisy, since cleaner speech reads cleaner.
Why a WAV may need the bigger page
A 48 kHz stereo WAV runs about 691 MB an hour, so a 2-hour episode is near 1.4 GB. The box on this page takes up to 500 MB; the upload page takes the same file up to 5 GB. An MP3 at 128 kbps is about 115 MB for the two hours and fits the box here.
A month of weekly episodes
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire. A quarter of thirteen episodes is 1,560 minutes, a fit for the $18 pack of 3,000 with 1,440 minutes to carry forward.
Show notes, not just text
Each episode returns a brief with the thesis and takeaways, chapters with timestamps for the show notes, the names, numbers and dates mentioned, and the questions the guest answered. Host and guest are named in the summary, key quotes and chapters.

FAQ
Adobe Podcast recordings, the questions that come up.
How long does a 2-hour Adobe Podcast file take?
About 4 minutes once it has uploaded, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. A WAV takes longer to upload than an MP3, so on a slow connection the MP3 is the quicker route.
Should I upload the original or the enhanced audio?
Either works. The enhanced version usually gives a cleaner transcript when the original had echo or room noise; if the enhancement made a voice sound artificial, the original is the safer choice.
What will a weekly show cost?
New visitors get a free preview of the opening minutes; anything longer shows a preview, and a pack picks up the transcript where that preview stopped. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes. Credits never expire and there is no subscription.
Is WhipScribe connected to Adobe Podcast?
No. There is no integration, plugin or bot; you download the file from Adobe Podcast and upload it here. If the finished episode is published on YouTube or in a podcast RSS feed, paste that link instead.
What about very long or very large files?
One file can run up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Uploads go up to 5 GB per file, so a long stereo WAV usually goes up as it is; an MP3 is far smaller still. Anything over 10 hours goes up as two files.
Where does the audio go?
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Exports come as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, and 99 languages are detected automatically.
