Transcribe long meetings heard through an Anker PowerConf the workshop around the table, on paper.
An Anker PowerConf only carries a meeting's sound, so the recording comes from the laptop's meeting app or recorder; upload it and a 3.5-hour workshop is text in about 7 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free on a first visit, and the 210 minutes fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes.
One puck, a whole table
A speakerphone in the middle of the table lets everyone join the call. The recording on the laptop is what turns the afternoon into notes.
Where the recording lands
The PowerConf is a speaker and microphone, not a recorder. The meeting app on the laptop, or its cloud, keeps the recording, or a voice recorder app does if you used one. Zoom's local recordings, for example, typically include an audio-only M4A beside the video; check your app's recording folder or download page.
Upload the audio, not the video
An audio-only file of a 3.5-hour meeting is often well under 300 MB, which fits the upload box on this page (it takes up to 500 MB). A full video recording of the same workshop can be several gigabytes; it still goes in, on the main upload page, up to 10 hours or 5 GB.
Voices at the far end of the table
Speakerphones catch people around the table and on the call, and the far end of a long table is the hardest. Seat the device centrally and ask people to speak up for decisions and numbers. Recording a call needs the consent the law where you are requires, so tell everyone at the start.
Workshop notes without a note-taker
The meeting returns as a brief with the thesis and takeaways, chapters with timestamps for each agenda item, the names, numbers and dates said, and the questions the group answered. Participants are named in the summary, key quotes and chapters, and the chat lists what was agreed.
Long workshops elsewhere
A long afternoon workshop ends with a whiteboard photo and three different memories.

FAQ
Anker PowerConf meetings, the common questions.
How long does a 3.5-hour workshop take?
About 7 minutes, since each hour of audio needs roughly 2. Uploading an audio-only file is usually faster than the transcription itself.
What would six workshops in a month cost?
Six 3.5-hour workshops are 1,260 minutes, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes with 740 left. One workshop alone uses 210 minutes of the $6 pack of 500, and a first visit gets 20 minutes free.
Can I paste a link instead of uploading?
Yes when the recording is a Google Drive share link, for example a Google Meet recording. Other platforms' recordings are downloaded and then uploaded. Nothing connects to the PowerConf or Anker's software.
Does a bot join our meeting?
No. No bot joins a live call. WhipScribe works on the recording after the meeting ends.
What if the recording is longer than 10 hours?
Upload it as two files, for example morning and afternoon. Each file holds up to 10 hours or 5 GB, and anything above 2 GB begins once a pack is on the account.
Which formats come back, and where is the meeting processed?
The workshop comes back as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Meeting recordings are transcribed on our own servers and never used for training.
