Transcribe long recordings from BigMarker webinars, series and summits.
A BigMarker recording transcribes from the file the host downloads, usually an MP4, uploaded here at up to 10 hours or 5 GB, and a 90-minute webinar comes back in about 3 minutes. That webinar uses 90 minutes of the $6 pack of 500, and a full year of monthly 90-minute webinars, 1,080 minutes, fits the $12 pack of 2,000.
Webinar to written record
The replay sits in the host's account; the text can sit anywhere you need it.
Who can download it
BigMarker keeps each webinar's recording in the host's account, and the host is the one who can download it, usually as an MP4. Check the recording settings if you expect an audio-only version. An attendee works from whatever the host shares, and a replay that only plays inside a browser page is not a file we can fetch.
Replays published elsewhere
Many hosts put the replay on YouTube or Vimeo after the event. If yours did, paste that link in the box and nothing has to be downloaded or uploaded. There is no BigMarker integration or bot on our side; the work starts from the recording itself.
A series priced out
One 90-minute webinar takes 90 minutes of the $6 pack and leaves 410. Twelve monthly sessions come to 1,080 minutes, so the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes covers the year with 920 to spare. A virtual summit of eight 45-minute talks is 360 minutes and fits the $6 pack on its own.
What the team writes from it
A webinar becomes a brief of the argument and takeaways, chapters with timestamps for each part of the deck, and the names, numbers and dates the presenter said. The questions the session answered are listed too, so the follow-up email and the FAQ page nearly write themselves.

FAQ
BigMarker recordings, the common questions.
How quickly is a BigMarker webinar transcribed?
A 90-minute webinar takes about 3 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per audio hour. A 2.48-hour file on the proof page finished in 200 seconds.
What does a webinar series cost?
New visitors get the first 20 minutes free; a recording longer than that is previewed and a pack transcribes the rest from where the preview ended. One webinar fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes, and twelve 90-minute sessions fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes.
Are there size or length limits, and should I split a summit?
One file may run to 10 hours or 5 GB. Uploads up to 2 GB work before a pack, and larger files start once a pack is on the account. A summit kept as one long recording can go up whole if it is under 10 hours; separate talks give separate briefs.
I attended but did not host. Can I transcribe the replay?
You can transcribe what the host lets you download, or a YouTube or Vimeo replay link they published. A replay that only plays on a page inside BigMarker is not something we can fetch, so ask the host for the file.
Which languages can a BigMarker webinar be in?
99 languages are detected automatically, so a webinar in Spanish, Portuguese or Japanese needs no setting. When a presenter switches languages, the recording is detected on its main one.
What do I download, and does the recording go anywhere else?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, all from the one BigMarker file. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and nothing is shared with BigMarker or anyone else.
