Transcribe Cvent virtual event recordings the whole conference programme.
Organisers transcribe Cvent virtual event recordings by downloading each session file (usually an MP4) and uploading it here, up to 10 hours or 5 GB per file, and an hour-long session is ready in about 2 minutes. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
For the event team after the event
The programme is over. The sponsors, speakers and members still want what was said.
Collecting the session files
Recordings of a Cvent virtual event sit with the organiser's account, and where they can be downloaded depends on how the sessions were produced and streamed. Look in the event's session or video settings, or ask your production partner for the files. Most arrive as MP4; check the export settings when a choice of formats appears. WhipScribe has no Cvent integration and adds no bot to any session.
A programme of 48 sessions
Three days of 16 one-hour sessions give 48 recordings and 2,880 minutes of audio. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire. Processing runs at about 2 minutes per audio hour: roughly 96 minutes for the full programme.
One keynote, or the whole archive
A single 75-minute keynote uses 75 of the 300 minutes in the $4 pack. A session that also streamed to YouTube or Vimeo can be pasted as a link. Give each session its own upload on upload page so the chapters follow that session's agenda.
What lands on the organiser's desk
Each session returns with a brief of its thesis and takeaways, chapters with timestamps, the questions it answered, and every name, number and date a speaker said. Presenters are identified and named in the summary, key quotes and chapters, which turns a sponsor report or a post-event newsletter into editing rather than rewatching.

FAQ
Cvent virtual recordings, answered.
Does WhipScribe connect to Cvent?
No. There is no Cvent integration, marketplace app or bot. The organiser downloads the recordings and uploads them, or pastes a YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive link to a session.
How long does a full programme take?
About 2 minutes per audio hour, so one hour-long session takes about 2 minutes and 48 of them about 96. The proof page records 9.31 hours of audio done in 1,033 seconds.
What does a whole programme cost?
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire. 2,880 minutes of sessions go on the $18 pack of 3,000 minutes.
Is there a size ceiling per session?
Yes: 10 hours or 5 GB per file, whichever comes first. Uploads go up to 5 GB or 10 hours per file, and a heavier file can be split or sent as audio only. A recording longer than 10 hours goes up as two files.
Our team runs events every month. Is there a plan for that?
Packs suit most event teams, since the credits never expire. A $19/month Workspace exists for a team that records every week.
Which formats come back, and is the content private?
Sessions export as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training; delete them whenever your policy requires.
