Getting the recording
After a live session, the recording is usually available to the host from the webinar's settings or replay area, often as an MP4; menus vary by plan, so check the export settings if you cannot find a download. An automated webinar plays a video you uploaded or linked, so start from that original file, or paste its YouTube or Vimeo link.
Automated runs share one recording
An automated EasyWebinar plays the same recording every time it is scheduled. Transcribe that recording once and reuse its captions and notes for every run; only a new live session or a re-recorded presentation needs a new transcript.

Does WhipScribe integrate with EasyWebinar?
No. There is no EasyWebinar integration and no bot in your live room. Download the recording and upload it, or paste the YouTube or Vimeo link of the video your automated webinar plays.

No. They replay the same recording, so one transcript and one set of captions cover every run until you change the video.

What does a series cost?

Is there a size limit?
The ceiling is 10 hours or 5 GB per file. Up to 5 GB uploads before any purchase; past that, split the file or export its audio. A 90-minute webinar is usually well under that.
Other languages, and privacy?
Any of 99 languages is detected automatically, including sessions that mix in English terms. Your recordings are transcribed on our own servers and never used to train any model. Files come out as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON.
