Infinix phones · full-day trainings and long sessions

Transcribe Infinix Voice Recorder files even when the phone ran all day.

A 7-hour training recorded on an Infinix phone comes back as text in about 14 minutes, with a chapter for each module and the figures, policies and deadlines said listed by timestamp. The first 20 minutes are free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers the whole 420-minute day.

For trainees, HR staff and team leads

A training day is seven hours of policy and process. The text keeps it after the slides are forgotten.

One chapter per module

Morning orientation, the product modules, the role-play, the wrap-up: chapters mark each with its start time so you can jump to the module you need.

Policies and deadlines in a list

Rules, figures, deadlines and the names of who to contact are pulled out with timestamps, the parts trainees are later asked about.

A brief for the training report

The thesis and takeaways of the day give HR or the team lead the first paragraph of the report. Speakers are named in the summary, quotes and chapters when introduced.

The whole day goes up at once

A day-long voice recording is usually a few hundred megabytes, small enough for the upload page in one go.

Why a full day is hard to keep

After seven hours in a training room, the notes thin out right where the important parts begin.

✗ Keeping the day as audio

The recorder ran all day, which means the answer you need is somewhere in seven hours.

  • Afternoon notes thinner than the morning's
  • Policy details remembered only vaguely
  • A seven-hour file too long to replay
  • Open-floor questions forgotten by evening
  • Filipino explanations missing from the notes
  • A training report written from guesswork

✓ That training day, uploaded here

The full recording comes back as text, organised the way the day ran.

  • Chapters per module with times
  • Policies and deadlines with timestamps
  • The open-floor questions and their answers
  • Filipino and English in one pass
  • DOCX for the training report
  • The whole day on the $6 pack

FAQ

Infinix Voice Recorder files, answered.

Where do I find the recording on my Infinix phone?

Open the recorder app and use the share option on the recording, or look for it with the phone's file manager. The folder and the audio format depend on the model and software version, so the app's own share option is the safest path.

How long does a full day take to process, and what does it cost?

About 2 minutes per hour of audio, so 7 hours takes around 14 minutes. The day is 420 minutes and fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes after the first 20 minutes free. A team running a 7-hour training every week for a month needs 1,680 minutes, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes.

Will a 7-hour file upload, and do I split it?

It uploads whole. At 256 kbps a recording takes 256 × 3,600 = 921,600 kilobits an hour, about 115 MB, so 7 hours is roughly 806 MB, inside the 2 GB limit that applies before your first pack. One file can run up to 10 hours or 5 GB; a recording longer than 10 hours goes in as two files.

Can it handle trainers who speak Tagalog or a regional language?

Tagalog and Filipino are detected automatically, English sessions come back cleanly, and a trainer who mixes the two is handled. Regional languages such as Cebuano and Ilocano are supported too, but they come back as a fast first draft, so plan one review pass on those modules.

Any tips for recording a whole day on a phone?

Charge the phone or keep it plugged in, put it on airplane mode so calls do not interrupt the recording, and place it near the trainer rather than at the back of the room. If the room has a microphone and speakers, sitting near a speaker often gives cleaner sound than the front row. A short test recording before the first module saves a day of muffled audio.

Which formats can HR download, and who sees the recording?

The day exports as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, with times kept. Training recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and you can delete one, with its text, whenever you decide.
