Can members transcribe the replays themselves?
Only the replays you let them download. Most coaches transcribe their own calls and post the text beside the video, which avoids the question entirely.
My call recording is over 2 GB. Can it still be uploaded?
Yes, once a pack is on the account: the per-file limit is 10 hours or 5 GB. Before the first pack, uploads stop at 2 GB. A call never needs splitting unless it runs past 10 hours.
My members speak different languages. Is that a problem for the transcript?
Each call's language is detected automatically, from 99. A call held in Portuguese or Spanish comes back in that language, and a call with stretches in a second language is detected on its main one.
What can I export, and are my members' calls private?
Calls export as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Coaching calls are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and you can delete a call and its transcript at any time.
