Transcribe LearnWorlds course videos and live sessions the course in text your students can read.
Upload the source video of a LearnWorlds lesson or live class and it is transcribed at about 2 minutes per audio hour, so a 75-minute live class is text in about 3 minutes. The opening minutes are a free preview; a 36-lesson course averaging 14 minutes (504 minutes) plus eight 75-minute live classes (600 minutes) fits the $18 pack of 3,000 minutes.
From course to text
You built the course on video. Students who learn by reading still need the words.
Start from your source files
The cleanest file is the one you edited and uploaded, usually an MP4 sitting in your editing or export folder. Live classes are recorded by whichever meeting tool ran them, so download that recording from the tool; check its export settings if you are unsure of the format. A lesson hosted on Vimeo or YouTube can be pasted as a link.
Short lessons, long classes
Each lesson goes up as its own file. The box on this page takes up to 500 MB; a bigger live-class recording continues on the main upload page, up to 10 hours or 5 GB per file. Files up to 5 GB upload with or without a pack; larger ones can be split or sent as audio.
A full course, priced
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire. Everything is text in about 37 minutes.
What each lesson returns
A brief with the thesis and takeaways, chapters with timestamps, the names, numbers and dates you said, and the questions the lesson answers, which make a ready quiz or FAQ. Chat over a live class to find the moment a student's question was answered.
A course without text
Students search the course for one answer. The answer is spoken, at minute 47 of a live class.

FAQ
LearnWorlds course videos, answered.
Does WhipScribe connect to my LearnWorlds school?
No. There is no LearnWorlds integration and nothing installed in your school. Upload the source files you made, or paste a Vimeo or YouTube link for lessons hosted there.
Can I add the captions back to my lessons?
Export SRT or VTT, timed to the file you uploaded, and add them wherever your course player accepts caption files. Check your plan's video settings for where that option sits.
How long does a whole course take?
About 2 minutes per audio hour. The 504-minute course is roughly 17 minutes of processing, each lesson is ready when its own run ends, and several uploads run in parallel.
What does it cost?
The opening minutes are a free preview; a longer lesson is previewed and a pack from $4 transcribes the rest. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes. Credits never expire, so the next cohort can use the rest.
Background music under my lessons?
Music and sound effects are not transcribed; your voice is. A lesson recorded in Spanish or Portuguese is detected automatically, from 99 languages.
Are my lessons kept private?
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. You can delete any file and its transcript at any time.
