Webinars that teach

A product training says everything your help centre should say. It just says it out loud.

From the dashboard to here

Livestorm offers replays from the event's page in the dashboard; download the recording file, usually an MP4, and check the export settings if only a link is offered. A 2-hour replay at a modest video bitrate usually sits well under the 2 GB that uploads before a pack.

Two to four minutes

Processing runs at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 45-minute session is ready in about a minute and a half and a 120-minute marketing webinar in about 4.

Eight sessions, one pack

Eight 60-minute trainings are 480 minutes, inside the 500 on the $6 pack. A team running two a week reaches about 520 minutes a month, which suits the $12 pack of 2,000.

Steps, not just words

Chapters follow each feature as it is shown, the brief lists what the session covered, and the questions attendees asked are collected. Narrated clicks become draft help articles once uploaded on upload page.

What replays usually become

A replay link in the follow-up email, watched by a handful.

✗ A replay and a slide deck

The training is recorded, linked, and then forgotten until the next one.

  • Help articles written separately from scratch
  • Attendee questions answered once, live
  • Captions missing on the replay
  • The same feature explained in five trainings
  • A monthly tool for a few sessions
  • Nothing to search when a customer asks

✓ Each training as text

Every replay becomes a document your support team can reuse.

  • About 2 minutes for 60
  • First 20 minutes free
  • $6 for 500 minutes, kept until used
  • Hosts named in the brief and key quotes
  • Attendee questions listed
  • Captions for the Livestorm replay

FAQ

Livestorm replays, answered.

How long does a Livestorm replay take?

Expect roughly 2 minutes per audio hour from the replay. A 45-minute replay is ready in about 90 seconds and a 2-hour one in about 4. The finished replay text stays in your Library if the tab is closed.

What does a 2-hour Livestorm webinar cost?

120 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free for a first-time visitor; the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers the rest with at least 380 to spare. Eight 60-minute trainings come to 480 minutes on that same pack, with 20 left over.

Can I paste the Livestorm replay link?

Not directly. WhipScribe fetches YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch, Kick, Google Drive and podcast links. Download the replay file and upload it, or paste the YouTube or Vimeo link if the replay is published there too. There is no Livestorm integration.

Are chat messages and polls in the transcript?

No. The transcript is what was said. A trainer who reads a question aloud before answering it puts both into the text.

How large can the replay file be?

A Livestorm replay file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Before the first pack, uploads up to 2 GB go through; a larger file starts once a pack is on the account. Splitting is only needed past 10 hours.

Which languages, exports and privacy rules?

99 languages are detected automatically, so a training in Portuguese or Swedish needs no setting. The replay exports to TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
