How large a board recording can I send?
Each upload can hold 5 GB or 10 hours. Files up to 2 GB upload before a pack, and a bigger one starts once a pack is on the account. At a video bitrate of about 1 Mbps, a 4-hour meeting is roughly 1.8 GB.
Our meeting mixes English with French. Is that handled?
99 languages are detected automatically, French among them. A meeting that moves between two is detected on its main language and the switches are handled.
What formats can the secretary download, and where is the audio processed?
The secretary can take DOCX for the draft minutes, or TXT, SRT, VTT and JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, so confidential board business stays out of any model. A board recording can be deleted with its transcript once the minutes are approved.
