Investor desk and internal comms

One platform carries your AGM and your CEO's town hall. Both end up as video nobody searches.

Ask for the archive file

Notified runs the webcast and keeps the on-demand archive for the event owner. Whether you can download the file yourself depends on how the event was set up, so check the event console or ask your Notified account team for the recording; it is usually an MP4, sometimes audio only. A replay already on YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive can be pasted as a link.

Sizes that come up

An audio-only investor call is often small; a full-HD AGM with slides can run past a gigabyte. The upload box here takes up to 500 MB, and larger files carry on at the main upload page with the full 10 hours or 5 GB per file. Files over 2 GB begin once a pack is on the account.

Two budgets, one account

Investor side: a 150-minute AGM and four 55-minute calls make 370 minutes, inside the $6 pack of 500 minutes. Internal side: twelve 45-minute town halls are 540 minutes. Both together, 910 minutes, sit on the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes with 1,090 left, and the lot is text in about 30 minutes.

What returns for each webcast

A brief with the thesis and takeaways, chapters at each agenda item, the numbers and dates spoken, and the questions shareholders or staff asked. Speakers are named in the summary and key quotes. Chat over the transcript to find the answer to a vote question or a policy change.

On-demand, unread

The archive link goes out in an email. Hardly anyone presses play past minute ten.

FAQ

Notified webcasts: what teams ask first.

Is there a Notified integration?

No. WhipScribe has no connection to Notified and no bot inside the webcast. It works on the recording after the event: download it or request it from your account team, then upload it here or paste a public link.

Can we use the transcript as the AGM minutes?

Use it to draft them. It is an AI transcript to work from, not a certified record, so the company secretary checks it before minutes are approved or anything is filed.

How long does one webcast take?

Roughly 2 minutes per audio hour. A 55-minute call is ready in under 2 minutes, a 150-minute AGM in about 5, and a 6-hour capital markets day in about 12.

What will a year of webcasts cost?

The first 20 minutes are free for a first-time visitor; a longer webcast is previewed, and a pack from $6 finishes it from where the preview stopped. 370 minutes of investor events fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes; adding a year of town halls (910 minutes in all) needs the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes.

Do the music and holding slides get transcribed?

No. Hold music, stings and applause are skipped; the speech is transcribed. A webcast with interpretation is detected on its main language, from 99 languages.

Who can see our recordings?

Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Delete a file and its transcript whenever you like.
