Transcribe lectures from OnePlus Recorder share the file, read the class.
A lecture saved in the OnePlus Recorder app becomes searchable text once you share the file out of the app and upload it here, and a 90-minute class takes about 3 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and five 90-minute lectures (450 minutes) fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes.
From the Recorder app to your notes
The phone heard every word of the class; now you can read them.
Getting the file out
Open Recorder, select the lecture and use the share or export option; the format depends on the app version and its settings, so check what yours saves. Folder names change between OxygenOS releases, which is why sharing from the app is the dependable route. Save to Drive or Downloads, then upload on upload page.
A semester on one pack
Three 90-minute classes a week for twelve weeks add up to 3,240 minutes, inside the $24 pack of 5,000. One course with two 90-minute sessions a week over the same twelve weeks uses 2,160 minutes, which also goes on the $24 pack. A single weekly class of 90 minutes is 1,080 minutes and fits the $12 pack of 2,000.
Nothing to install
WhipScribe has no connection to the OnePlus Recorder app and no bot on your phone. The file you share is the only thing it receives.
Study from the brief
Start with the thesis and takeaways, jump to a chapter by topic, and use the list of names, numbers and dates the lecturer said to build flashcards. The questions the lecture answered make a ready self-test, and the chat finds the minute where a concept was first defined.
Class recordings elsewhere
Recording the lecture was the easy part; finding anything in it was not.

FAQ
OnePlus Recorder files, the common questions.
How fast does a 90-minute lecture come back?
In about 3 minutes, because processing runs at about 2 minutes per audio hour. A three-hour double session takes about 6.
Where does OnePlus Recorder keep its files?
It varies by phone model and software version, so the reliable path is the app's own share option. If you browse with a file manager instead, look for a Recordings or Recorder folder in internal storage.
Does the file size matter?
Rarely for audio. A compressed recording at 96 kbps adds about 43 MB per hour, so a 90-minute class is roughly 65 MB. One file can reach 10 hours or 5 GB, and the first uploads, before any pack, go up to 2 GB.
How does payment work?
On a first visit, a lecture up to 20 minutes transcribes in full and a longer one is previewed. A pack from $6 then picks up where the preview ended, and the credits never expire, so leftover minutes carry into next term.
Can I record any class?
Record a lecture only when the lecturer or school permits it, and treat the transcript as your own study material unless they say otherwise.
Which downloads are there, and is my audio safe?
Lectures download as DOCX for annotating, TXT for flashcard apps, SRT or VTT for captions, and JSON. Class recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and you can delete any of them with its transcript.
