Transcribe realme Recorder recordings and write the minutes from text, not memory.
A 5-hour general assembly recorded with the realme Recorder app comes back as text in about 10 minutes, with the motions, figures and dates raised on the floor listed by timestamp. The first 20 minutes are free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers the whole 300-minute assembly with 200 minutes left.
For secretaries of co-ops, orgs and associations
The secretary records the assembly on a phone. The text turns that file into minutes members can check.
The agenda becomes the chapters
Call to order, reports, old business, new business, elections: each agenda item becomes a chapter with its time, the skeleton of your minutes.
Motions and figures in a list
Amounts in the treasurer's report, dates agreed and names of who moved or seconded are listed with timestamps, so the minutes quote them correctly.
A brief for members who were absent
The thesis of the meeting and its takeaways make a short notice for members who could not attend. Speakers are named in the summary, quotes and chapters.
From phone to text in two steps
Share the file from the Recorder app to your browser or Google Drive, then use the upload page.
How minutes drift from the meeting
Minutes written a week later from scribbled notes are where most disputes at the next assembly begin.
✗ Writing minutes from notes
An assembly runs for hours, the floor gets loud, and the secretary is also counting votes.
- Motions noted with no seconder
- Figures from the treasurer copied wrong
- A five-hour file nobody will replay
- Heated exchanges summed up in one line
- Tagalog remarks left out of English minutes
- Minutes finished just before the next meeting
✓ The same assembly here
The recording becomes text arranged the way the agenda ran.
- Each agenda item opens its own chapter
- Motions, amounts and dates with times
- A brief for absent members
- Tagalog remarks and English reports together
- A DOCX that becomes the draft minutes
- The whole assembly on the $6 pack
Sample output
An assembly floor that moves between Tagalog and English.

FAQ
realme Recorder recordings, answered.
How do I get the recording off my realme phone?
Open the Recorder app, select the recording and use its share option to send it to your browser, email or Google Drive. Folder names differ between software versions, so the share option is the reliable route. Check the app's settings for the format it saves in.
How long does an assembly take, and which pack do we need?
About 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 5-hour assembly takes about 10 minutes. That assembly is 300 minutes and fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes. An association that holds a 2-hour board meeting every month and one 5-hour assembly a year needs 1,740 minutes, inside the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes.
Is a five-hour phone recording too big to upload?
No. At 96 kbps a recording grows 96 × 3,600 = 345,600 kilobits an hour, about 43 MB, so five hours is roughly 216 MB. Before the first pack the upload limit is 2 GB, and one file can run up to 10 hours or 5 GB, so the assembly goes in whole.
Can it follow members who speak in Tagalog or a regional language?
Tagalog and Filipino are detected automatically, and English reports read aloud come back cleanly, including switches between the two. Members who speak Hiligaynon, Kapampangan or another regional language are supported as well, though those stretches are a fast first draft, so plan one review pass on them.
Can this transcript stand as the official record?
It is an AI transcript with timestamps for drafting minutes. The approved minutes remain the organisation's official record. Read it against your own notes, correct any names or figures, and have the board approve the minutes as usual. Keeping the timestamp beside a disputed motion lets anyone replay the exact moment before the next assembly votes on the minutes.
What can the secretary export, and who sees the recording?
Five export formats are open to the secretary: TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Assembly recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and the secretary can delete them, with their text, at any time.
