Transcribe Xiaomi and Redmi recordings and turn a semester of audio into notes.
A 2-hour lecture from the Xiaomi or Redmi Sound recorder comes back as searchable text in about 4 minutes, with chapters per topic and the terms your professor defined listed by timestamp. The first 20 minutes are free, and a full semester of one subject, about 3,240 minutes, fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes.
For students recording on Xiaomi and Redmi
By finals week your phone holds fifty hours of lectures. Text is the only way to search all of them.
One subject, searchable at once
Upload every recording for a subject and each one comes back as text, so you can search the whole term for the week a topic was taught.
Terms, formulas and page numbers
Anything said aloud that you would have copied down, from a definition to a page number in the textbook, is listed with its timestamp.
Questions for self-review
Each lecture's brief lists the questions it answered, a ready quiz for the night before the exam.
A Drive folder at once
Move the recordings into a Google Drive folder and paste its share link, or send single files through the upload page.
Why a semester of audio fails
Fifty hours of lectures in a phone folder is a study plan nobody can follow.
✗ Keeping the semester as audio
The Sound recorder fills up with files named by date and time, and none of them can be searched.
- Files named by date, not by topic
- No way to find the week a term was taught
- Phone storage full before midterms
- Replaying a whole class for one formula
- Taglish lectures that captions garble
- Nothing to share with a classmate who was sick
✓ The same semester here
Every lecture becomes text, so the term reads like a set of notes.
- Each lecture's chapters by topic
- Terms and formulas with timestamps
- Questions to quiz yourself with
- Code-switching lecturers handled
- DOCX notes for the study group
- One subject's semester on the $24 pack
Sample output
An engineering lecture in Taglish.

FAQ
Xiaomi and Redmi recordings, answered.
Where does the Sound recorder save its files?
On many Xiaomi and Redmi models the recordings sit in a MIUI/sound_recorder folder in internal storage, but newer software can store them elsewhere. The reliable route is to open the recording in the Sound recorder app and use its share option. The app's settings show the format it records in.
How long does a lecture take, and what does a semester cost?
About 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 90-minute class takes about 3 minutes and a 2-hour one about 4. One subject meeting twice a week for 90 minutes over 18 weeks is 54 hours, 3,240 minutes, which fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes. A single month of that subject, about 720 minutes, fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes.
Are my lecture files too big to upload?
No. At 192 kbps, a high setting for voice, a recording grows 192 × 3,600 = 691,200 kilobits an hour, about 86 MB, so a 2-hour class is around 173 MB. Uploads go up to 2 GB before your first pack, and one file can run up to 10 hours or 5 GB, so nothing needs splitting.
Does it follow a professor who switches languages?
Yes. Tagalog and Filipino are detected automatically and English comes back cleanly, with the switches inside one class handled. If your professor teaches in Bisaya or Ilocano, that is supported, but the text is a fast first draft, so plan one review pass before you rely on it.
May I share the transcripts with classmates?
Record and share only what your professor allows. Many are fine with notes shared inside the class; ask first. A transcript shared in the class group chat also helps a classmate who missed a meeting through illness, as long as everyone understands it is a study aid and not an official record of the course.
Which files do I get, and is my audio private?
Each lecture downloads as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON, timestamped throughout. Your lectures are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and you can delete them, with their text, whenever you want.
