Find the day's recording
The MeetingBar runs a room platform such as Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms, and that platform saves the recording. Teams recordings usually land in the organiser's cloud storage; Zoom keeps cloud recordings on its recordings page. Download each day, typically an MP4, and upload it.
One file per day, not one per weekend
Each file can run up to 10 hours, so a 7-hour day goes in whole. Two days recorded as one 14-hour file would cross that line; keep them as two recordings, which also gives you two transcripts with their own chapters.
Size and the 2 GB line
A 7-hour room video at about 1 Mbps is close to 3.2 GB. Files over 2 GB start once a pack is on the account, up to 5 GB. If the platform offers an audio-only download, that version is a small fraction of the size.
