Should I upload one long file or many short ones?
Either works. A single file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Separate talks are easier to share, while one file per day keeps the day's chapters together.
The recorder made a 3 GB file. Will it go?
Yes, once a pack is on the account. Before the first pack, uploads up to 2 GB start straight away, and anything above that waits for a pack.
Our retreat had talks in two languages.
99 languages are detected automatically, and each file is transcribed on its main language. Keeping sessions in different languages as separate files gives the cleanest result.
Can participants' sharing stay private?
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Nothing is published, a recording and its transcript can be deleted at any time, and downloads come as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON.
