Transcribe a recording made in a warehouse briefings under a high roof.
A safety briefing or training session recorded in a warehouse runs from a short start-of-shift talk to a four-hour course, and four hours comes back as text in about 8 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and a $6 pack of 500 minutes covers the course twice over.
What a warehouse does to sound
A steel roof, concrete floor and dock doors open to the yard.
The biggest echo chamber on site
Concrete and steel throw sound around, so a voice arrives at a distant recorder several times over. Close to the trainer, the echo is quiet next to the voice and the words are clean. Across the floor, the echo competes with them. Gather the group near the recorder, or record on the trainer's phone.
Alarms and announcements
Reversing beepers, dock door motors and the public address are not transcribed. They cost words only when they sound over the trainer. A briefing held away from the busiest aisle comes back noticeably cleaner than one held beside the loading bays.
The cost of a training programme
One 4-hour course is 240 minutes of a $6 pack of 500. A monthly programme of 4-hour sessions, 2,880 minutes a year, fits the $24 pack of 5,000 at about $0.29 per audio hour. Credits do not expire. Begin at upload page or drop the recording here.
Training records in writing
Each session returns with a brief of the rules covered, chapters for each topic and the figures, dates and locations mentioned. Trainers are named in the summary, key quotes and chapters, so a record shows what was taught and by whom, ready for the training file.
Why warehouse training leaves no trace
The briefing happened. Proving what it covered is another matter.
✗ A signature, and nothing else
Attendance sheets prove people were present, while the content of the briefing lives only in the trainer's head.
- Sign-in sheets with no record of content
- New starters briefed differently each time
- Recordings too long to check
- A free tier that ends mid-course
- Echo that makes replay tiring
- No timestamp to find a specific rule
✓ Every briefing written down
Record the session, upload it, and keep a readable record beside the sign-in sheet.
- A 4-hour course back in about 8 minutes
- The first 20 minutes free to hear the echo out
- 240 minutes of a $6 pack
- Each topic as its own chapter
- Rules, figures and dates in the brief
- DOCX for the training file

FAQ
Warehouse recordings, the common questions.
How long does a warehouse training take to transcribe?
Roughly 2 minutes for each hour. A 30-minute briefing is back in about a minute, a 4-hour course in about 8 minutes, and you can close the tab while it runs.
What does a 4-hour course cost?
It uses 240 minutes, under half of the $6 pack of 500 minutes, so two courses fit in one pack. A year of monthly 4-hour courses, 2,880 minutes, fits the $24 pack of 5,000. A first-time visitor gets the first 20 minutes free, and a pack transcribes the remaining time from where the preview ended.
Can a long video of the training be uploaded whole?
Yes. Each file can run up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Before the first pack, uploads up to 2 GB go through; a long video above that starts once a pack is on the account. Never split it: chapters do that for you after the transcript is done.
Will the echo and the forklifts spoil the transcript?
They reduce clarity at a distance. A recorder near the trainer gives a clean transcript; one at the back of a group in a large bay misses quieter sentences. Background alarms and engines are not transcribed.
Can training be given in other languages?
99 languages are detected automatically, so a briefing in Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog or Zulu needs no setting. A session that switches between English and Tagalog is handled in one recording.
Which exports come back, and is the audio private?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, all from a single run. For privacy, recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Delete a session whenever you no longer need it.
