Transcribe full training days in Singapore with a chapter for every module.
A full training day recorded in Singapore, typically 6 to 8 hours in one file, comes back as text at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 7.5-hour day takes roughly 15 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and a day of 450 minutes fits on the $6 pack of 500, with chapters marking each module.
What a full training day needs
Eight hours, four modules, two breaks and one recording.
The day stays in one file
A training room recorder or a webinar platform usually produces one long file per day. Send it as it is: one file holds up to 10 hours or 5 GB, so lunch and the breaks stay inside one timeline.
Chapters by module
The transcript comes back with chapters where the topic changes, which on a structured course means one chapter per module. Participants who missed the afternoon go straight to module three.
Course notes from the brief
The brief sets out the main points and takeaways of the day, and the figures, dates, names and terms the trainer used are listed separately. The trainer and participants who spoke are named in the summary, key quotes and chapters.
What a day and a course cost
A 7.5-hour day is 450 minutes, inside the $6 pack of 500. A three-day course of 7 hours a day is 1,260 minutes, which the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes covers. A training team that records every week can use the $19 a month Workspace instead.
Why training days go to waste
The recording is made so people can catch up. Nobody catches up on eight hours of video.
✗ A long video nobody watches
A full-day recording is too long to rewatch, and most tools cannot take it in one upload.
- Eight hours of video to scrub
- Upload limits far below a full day
- Cutting the day into pieces first
- No index of where modules begin
- Notes written from memory
- No captions on the course video
✓ A searchable course day
Upload the full day and get text, chapters by module and captions from one run.
- About 15 minutes for 7.5 hours
- First 20 minutes free
- $6 for 500 minutes, used across courses
- The trainer named in the summary
- Chapters for every module
- Captions for the course video

FAQ
Training day recordings, answered.
How long does a full training day take to transcribe?
About 15 minutes for 7.5 hours, at roughly 2 minutes per audio hour. A 6-hour day takes about 12 and an 8-hour day about 16.
What does a training day cost?
A 7.5-hour day uses 450 minutes of the $6 pack of 500. A three-day course at 7 hours a day is 1,260 minutes, which fits on the $12 pack of 2,000. Your first 20 minutes are free, and the pack continues the transcript from where the preview ended.
A full-day video is over 5 GB. What can I do?
Each training file is capped at 10 hours or 5 GB. A full day of high-resolution screen recording can pass 5 GB, so export the audio or a lower-resolution copy, which brings it well under. Before your first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB, and a bigger file starts once a pack is on the account.
Should I split the day at lunch?
No need, unless the day ran past 10 hours. One file keeps one timeline, and the chapters mark the modules for you.
Which languages does it work with?
Any of 99 languages, recognised without a setting, English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil included. A day that moves between languages is detected on its main language.
Which formats can I export, and where is the recording processed?
The day exports as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Training recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training any model, and you can delete them when the course ends.
