About 6 minutes. Speed is about 2 minutes per hour of audio, and a 2-hour class takes around 4.
What does a whole semester of lectures cost?
A single 3-hour lecture is 180 minutes and fits the $6 pack of 500. Fourteen weeks of 2-hour lectures are 1,680 minutes, inside the $12 pack of 2,000; a heavier term above 2,000 minutes goes on the $24 pack of 5,000. Every price here is in USD, and your first 20 minutes are free if you are new.
Is there a size limit for lecture videos?
One file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, and before your first pack an upload can be up to 2 GB. A 3-hour phone audio recording is usually well under 200 MB. If a video file is too large, upload just its audio.
Does it transcribe Catalan?
Yes. Catalan and Spanish are both among the 99 languages detected automatically. A recording is detected on its main language, so a class given mostly in Catalan is transcribed as a Catalan recording.
Can I paste a link to a recorded class?
YouTube, Vimeo and Google Drive share links work directly. A recording inside a virtual campus that only plays in the browser has to be downloaded first, where the lecturer allows it, and then uploaded.
Which exports are there, and is the recording private?
The lecture downloads as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Only you see your lectures, and you can delete them at any time.
