Transcribe a Vietnamese church service and keep the homily for the whole community.
A 75-minute Vietnamese church service or Mass recorded in Australia is transcribed in about 2 to 3 minutes, with Vietnamese detected automatically and written with its tone marks. The first 20 minutes are free, and six 75-minute services, 450 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500.
For the parish media team
The homily speaks to grandparents and grandchildren alike. Text lets each of them read it in their own time.
A homily you can print
The brief captures the homily's central message and takeaways, ready to go in the Sunday newsletter beside the Mass times. Older parishioners who find the livestream hard to hear can read every word at their own pace.
Readings and notices kept
The readings, the intentions and the notices about feast days, retreats and youth camps are in the text with their timestamps.
Vietnamese captions on the stream
Download SRT or VTT and add captions to the livestream recording, so members watching from home or overseas can follow every word.
A year on one pack
Fifty-two 75-minute services use 3,900 minutes, inside the $24 pack of 5,000, with room left for Christmas, Easter and Tết Masses.
Why the homily is forgotten
The livestream reaches people on Sunday, and by Tuesday the words are gone.
✗ Video only
The service goes online, and parishioners who want the homily have to find it inside an hour of video. Parishioners who work Sunday shifts, and family in Vietnam who follow the parish online, miss the homily altogether.

FAQ
Vietnamese church services, answered.
Will the transcript have proper Vietnamese tone marks?
Yes. Vietnamese is detected automatically and written as Vietnamese, with its diacritics, so the text can go into a newsletter after a read-through.
How much does a year of services cost?
Six 75-minute services, 450 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500. A quarter of thirteen, 975 minutes, fits the $12 pack of 2,000. Fifty-two services, 3,900 minutes, fit the $24 pack of 5,000. Credits never expire. A parish that also records weekday Masses or a Lenten retreat can draw on the same credits.
Some of the homily is in English for the young people. Is that a problem?
No. The service is detected on its main language, and the English part is handled in the same transcript. A bilingual Mass with alternating readings comes through the same way.
Are the hymns transcribed?
No. Singing and organ music are not transcribed; the spoken parts are. Readings, prayers said aloud, the homily and the notices come through. The parts of the Mass that are sung rather than spoken leave a gap in the text instead of a guess.
Our livestream is on YouTube. Can I paste the link?
Yes. Paste the YouTube link, including a live replay, and the audio is fetched. A stream recording over 6 hours starts once a pack is on the account; a Sunday service is far shorter. For a stream on a platform without a supported link, download the recording first and then upload it.
Is the recording private?
Services are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. The parish receives TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON.
