Transcribe a Waray DepEd or CHED training webinar and write your notes from the text.

A 4-hour DepEd or CHED training webinar in Waray and English comes back as text in about 8 minutes, with a chapter per session and the speaker's key points in a brief. The first 20 minutes are free, and two half-day webinars of 4 hours, 480 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes.

For teachers and faculty

A training day runs from morning to afternoon. The notes you hand in should not depend on what you managed to write between sessions.

Notes from the brief

Each session's main argument and takeaways come first. When a certificate depends on a reflection or a set of notes, you start from what the speaker actually said.

One chapter per resource speaker

A training day moves from the opening program to each resource speaker to the workshop. Chapters follow those changes, each with a start time and a title.

The dates and references said

Memo numbers, deadlines, page references and the names of frameworks mentioned aloud are listed with timestamps, so you can quote them correctly in your report.

From YouTube or your own recording

A webinar streamed on YouTube can be pasted as a link. A Facebook Live replay or a Zoom recording is downloaded first, then uploaded through the upload page if it is large.

Why training notes go thin

Four hours of slides and talk, with a reflection due by Friday, is a lot to recall from memory.

✗ Notes taken during the webinar

You are teaching the next morning, the connection drops during the second speaker, and the reflection gets written from the slide titles. Colleagues who missed the session ask for your notes, and you are not sure your notes are right.

  • Notes that stop when the signal drops
  • Speakers who switch to Waray to explain
  • Deadlines and memo numbers misheard
  • Replaying a four-hour stream for one point
  • Group reports with no shared source
  • Reflections written days after the session

✓ The same training here

The webinar comes back as text organised by session.

  • A brief with each session's key points
  • Dates and references with timestamps
  • Chapters per resource speaker
  • Questions from the open forum, listed
  • Two 4-hour webinars on the $6 pack
  • DOCX to adapt into your report

FAQ

Waray DepEd and CHED trainings, answered.

How soon can I read a half-day webinar?

About 8 minutes for 4 hours of audio, and about 12 for a 6-hour training day, at roughly 2 minutes of processing per audio hour. Pasting the YouTube link skips the download step when the stream was saved on the channel.

What does a week-long training cost?

Five training days of 6 hours are 1,800 minutes, which the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes covers. A single half-day webinar uses 240 minutes, and two of them fit the $6 pack. Credits never expire, so the rest waits for next term's sessions.

How accurate is it on Waray?

English and Tagalog come back cleanly, and talks that switch between them are handled. Waray is supported but trails the major languages; read those parts as a fast first draft and plan one review pass before you quote them in a report.

My recording runs the whole day. Must I cut it into parts?

No. A single training recording may last up to 10 hours or weigh up to 5 GB, whichever limit comes first. Until your first pack, the upload cap is 2 GB, so a heavier full-day video starts once a pack is on the account.

Can I share the notes with my department?

Yes: download TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON and share them as you would any document. Check that the organiser allows the recording to be used this way before you share it widely. The DOCX keeps the chapter titles, so a department head can scan it by session.

Is the recording kept private?

The open forum included: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. You can delete a recording and its transcript whenever you choose.
