Transcribe your client calls and never ask the client to repeat an instruction.
A 90-minute client call or onboarding session comes back as text in about 3 minutes, with the client's instructions word for word, the action items and every deadline mentioned. You get the first 20 minutes free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers five 90-minute calls.
For virtual assistants
The onboarding call is where a client explains how they like things done. It happens once, usually in the first week, and everything you do for months depends on it.
A recap you can send back
The brief lists what the client asked for and the takeaways. Edit it into a recap email and the client confirms the plan in writing.
Logins, tools and dates, listed
Tool names, file names, deadlines and numbers said on the call are pulled out with timestamps, so the SOP you write matches what the client said.
The client's own words
Key quotes keep the client's exact phrasing, which is what you need when a task was described in a particular way.
No bot in your client's meeting
Record with the meeting tool or your screen recorder as usual, then upload the file or a Drive link afterwards. Nothing joins the call.
How instructions get lost
Asking a new client to explain the same process twice costs you trust in the first week.
✗ Typing notes while the client talks
You are listening, sharing your screen and typing at once, and the detail you miss is the one the client cares about.
- Notes that skip half the steps
- A 2-hour SOP walkthrough you cannot rewatch at work speed
- Accents and fast talk you misheard
- No proof of what the client actually asked
- Recaps that take an hour to write
- Meeting assistants that need to join the call
✓ The same call here
The recording returns as a document you can work from for the whole contract. When the client changes a process later, you can show them, with a timestamp, what the original instruction was.
- A brief with the client's goals and takeaways
- Action items and deadlines with timestamps
- The client's exact phrasing in key quotes
- You and the client named in the summary and quotes
- Five 90-minute calls on the $6 pack
- DOCX recap ready to edit and send

FAQ
Client call recordings, answered.
How long does a 90-minute call take?
About 3 minutes. A 2-hour onboarding session takes about 4, since processing runs near 2 minutes per hour of audio.
How many client calls does a pack cover?
A 90-minute call uses 90 minutes, so the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers five, with 50 minutes left. A month of calls across several clients, say 1,500 minutes, fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. All prices are in USD, and unused minutes stay on the account.
My Zoom recording is a big MP4. Will it upload?
Yes. Files can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Before the first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB; a bigger file starts once a pack is on the account. A Google Drive share link works without any upload.
Do I need to cut a long call into parts?
No. Anything up to 10 hours goes in as one file.
My client speaks Spanish or German on some calls. Does that work?
Yes. 99 languages are detected automatically, and the text comes back in the language spoken. If you and a Filipino teammate talk in Tagalog or Taglish afterwards, that is detected too.
Is my client's information safe?
Ask your client before you record; after that, the call is handled carefully, as recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. The call text exports to TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON for your own files.
