MOTIV Audio (phone): Records uncompressed WAV. Share or export as WAV, FLAC, Apple Lossless or AAC (96, 128 or 256 kbps).
MOTIV Mix (desktop): Records the mixed output or each channel individually, up to 8 hours at 32-bit 48 kHz. Recordings open from the system file explorer.
Best choice: AAC from the phone app; the mixed output from MOTIV Mix.
Typical size: About 60 MB an hour as 128 kbps AAC; a 32-bit 48 kHz stereo file is about 1.4 GB an hour.

What trips people up, and what to do about it.

Upload the mixed output from MOTIV Mix for a whole conversation. Per-channel files are for transcribing one voice on its own.
32-bit files are large, not better for speech. They upload as they are, but an AAC or MP3 copy gives the same transcript.
Large WAVs from a phone are slow to upload on mobile data. Convert to AAC in the app first, or upload on Wi-Fi.
Your mic's own app may change. Shure has renamed and replaced its MOTIV apps over the years; whichever one you have, the exported file is what to upload.

MOTIV Mix keeps a library of recordings that you can open in the system file explorer; upload the mixed output from there.

Do 32-bit float recordings work?

Yes. They are read as they are.

Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. You can delete a recording and its transcript at any time.
