Tilde is a Latvian language-technology vendor that grew out of national-language preservation work. The company supplies machine translation, terminology management, and speech products to Baltic governments and the EU Council presidency systems. Its ASR is the strongest publicly available choice for low-resource Baltic languages. Best fit when the buyer is latvian, lithuanian, and estonian government and broadcaster transcription projects. The honest caveat: outside the baltics the offering is less competitive than big-cloud stt. Procurement is via direct sales rather than a developer signup, so plan for a discovery call and a written proposal before the first transcript runs.
