From one lecture to a whole course
The price of one lecture, and what the rest of the pack is good for.
One lecture, worked out
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes. There is no subscription and the minutes never expire, so they carry over to the next term.
A whole course
Ten three-hour lectures come to 1,800 minutes, which fits the $18 pack of 3,000 minutes. A course with two three-hour sessions a week for twelve weeks is 4,320 minutes, a job for the $32 pack of 6,000.
Notes that follow the lecture
Chapters mark each topic the lecturer moved through, with timestamps that open the recording at that point. The brief keeps the main argument and the takeaways, plus the names, dates and formulas said aloud. The chat answers questions over the whole three hours.
Getting the lecture in
A lecture recorded on a phone or laptop uploads as an audio file, about 175 MB for three hours at 128 kbps. If the course posts recordings on YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive, paste the link on the upload page. Recordings on other platforms need to be downloaded first.
Three hours of lecture
Rewatching it at double speed, or reading it in twenty minutes.
✗ Working from the recording

- Hand-typed transcripts taking days
- Board work described in a blur
- No overview before the exam
- Every lecture adds to the pile
✓ Working from the transcript

- Chapters for each topic
- Definitions and dates collected
- A chat to ask about the content
- DOCX and TXT for your notes

FAQ
Three-hour lectures, the cost questions.
How much does it cost to transcribe a 3-hour lecture?
$4. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
What about a full semester of lectures?
Count the minutes. Ten three-hour lectures, 1,800 minutes, fit the $18 pack of 3,000. Twenty-four of them, 4,320 minutes, fit the $32 pack of 6,000. Credits do not expire, so buying for the whole course at once is fine.
Can I see some of it before I pay?
Yes. Your first recording gets a free preview of the opening minutes, which for a lecture is usually the introduction and the first topic. A pack then transcribes the rest from where the preview ended.
The lecture video is over 2 GB. Will it upload?
Large files start with or without a pack, up to 5 GB per file. A three-hour lecture as audio only is far smaller, so exporting the audio track is the quickest route.
The lecturer switches between English and another language. Does that cost more?
No, the price is per minute only. 99 languages are detected automatically, English terms inside another language are handled, and a lecture that switches is detected on its main language.
Which exports are included, and who sees the recording?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, with no extra charge. Lecture recordings are transcribed on our own servers and never used to train any model.
