Transcribe a 10-hour training day the whole course day, searchable.
A ten-hour training day is 600 minutes of audio and is transcribed in about 20 minutes as one file, at roughly 2 minutes per audio hour. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
From classroom recording to course notes
A day of instruction is too long to rewatch and too valuable to lose.
Long certification days included
Intensive courses, bootcamp days and certification prep often run from eight in the morning to six at night. Up to 10 hours or 5 GB goes in as a single file, so the timeline from the first slide to the final recap stays continuous. The breaks are silence and cost nothing extra in effort.
Modules you can jump between
Chapters mark where the instructor moved from theory to the practical, from the demo to the group exercise, from the case study to the assessment brief. Each chapter has a timestamp that opens the same moment in the video.
Material for the next cohort
The brief keeps the thesis and takeaways of each block and lists the questions participants asked with the answers given. Figures, dates and product names said aloud are collected too, ready for a handout, a quiz or a revised manual on the upload page.
Weeks of training, priced
The day uses 600 of the 3,000 minutes in the $18 pack. A three-day programme of ten-hour days, 1,800 minutes, still fits that pack. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
What usually happens to the recording
The camera at the back of the room records everything, and then nobody watches it.
✗ Recorded for compliance, never used
The video exists so someone can say the training happened. Finding the ten minutes on the new procedure means scrubbing through a whole day.

FAQ
Ten-hour training days, answered.
How quickly does a 10-hour training day come back?
In about 20 minutes once the file is in, because processing runs at roughly 2 minutes per audio hour. You do not need to keep the tab open; the transcript waits in your Library.
Which pack does a 10-hour day need?
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes. It covers three such days. Credits never expire, so leftover minutes wait for the next course.
The day's video is over 2 GB. Will it upload?
Before you have a pack and after, a file can be up to 5 GB. A ten-hour camera video is often bigger than both, so export the audio track, which is about 580 MB at 128 kbps, or paste a Vimeo, YouTube or Google Drive link if the recording lives there.
Our day ran ten and a half hours. Does that work?
Not as one file: ten hours is the ceiling. Split it at a break, most naturally lunch, and send two files. Each one gets its own chapters and brief.
Can the transcript show who taught each part?
Yes, in the layer built on top of the text: instructors and participants are identified and named in the summary, the key quotes and the chapters. The transcript itself is continuous text with timestamps.
Is internal training content kept private?
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training a model. You download TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON and decide where the material goes from there.
