Transcribe a 2-hour church service sermon, readings and notices.
A 2-hour church service is 120 minutes of worship, readings, sermon and notices, and the spoken parts come back as text in about 4 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers four Sundays of this length with 20 minutes over.
One Sunday service
The spoken parts of the service, written down for the people who missed it.
About four minutes
At roughly 2 minutes per audio hour, a 2-hour service is usually back in about 4. If the service was streamed to YouTube or shared on Google Drive, paste the link; a Facebook live replay needs downloading first, then uploading.
The words, not the worship band
Hymns, choir pieces and instrumental music are not transcribed. The speaking is: the welcome, the readings, the prayers, the sermon and the notices. Chapters mark each part, so the sermon starts where it starts and not at minute one.
The sermon, ready to share
The brief gives the sermon's main point and its takeaways, and lists the scripture passages, dates and names that were said with their timestamps. Speakers such as the preacher and the reader are named in the summary, key quotes and chapters. Turn that into a weekly email or a study guide.
A month of Sundays
Four services of 120 minutes come to 480, which fits the $6 pack of 500. A church that records several services every week can look at the $19 a month Workspace instead of buying packs.
Why the recording is not enough
Most people will never sit through the full two-hour replay.
✗ The replay on its own
The service is online, but the sermon is somewhere in the middle and the notices are near the end.
- Two hours to find a 35-minute sermon
- Captions that try to transcribe the hymns
- Sermon notes typed by a volunteer
- A free tool that cuts off after 40 minutes
- No text for members who cannot hear well
- Scripture references missed or misspelled
✓ The service as text
The spoken parts come back in order, with the sermon marked and the references listed.
- Back in about 4 minutes
- Music skipped, speech kept
- Each part of the service as a chapter
- Scripture references with timestamps
- SRT captions for the replay video
- Four Sundays per $6 pack

FAQ
A 2-hour church service, the common questions.
How long does a 2-hour service take to transcribe?
Roughly 4 minutes, since processing runs at about 2 minutes per audio hour. Time spent on music still counts toward the length of the file, but nothing is transcribed for it.
What does a 2-hour service cost?
120 minutes on the $6 pack of 500 minutes, leaving 380 for the next three Sundays. On a first visit the first 20 minutes are free, and a pack finishes the service from where that free stretch ended. If you only need the sermon, trimming the file to it uses fewer minutes.
Can I use the livestream replay?
Yes. YouTube videos and replays, Vimeo and Google Drive links paste straight in. Facebook live replays need to be downloaded and then uploaded. A downloaded video of two hours is often 1 to 4 GB, and up to 2 GB uploads before a pack.
Our service is in more than one language. Does that work?
99 languages are detected automatically, and a service is detected on its main language. English and Tagalog switches in one recording are handled. Cebuano and other regional Philippine languages are supported as a fast first draft, so plan one review pass.
Do I need to split a long service?
No. One file can run up to 10 hours or 5 GB, so even a long special service with several speakers goes in as one upload.
What can we download, and who can see the service?
Downloads come as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
