Transcribe a 2-hour training session and hand people notes instead of a video.
A 2-hour training session becomes searchable text with chapters in about 4 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per audio hour. A screen-share recording of that length is usually 200 MB to 1 GB, so it uploads before any purchase, and the first 20 minutes are free with the $6 pack of 500 minutes covering the rest and leaving 380.
One training block
The session people missed, as something they can read in ten minutes.
Where training recordings live
Most sessions are recorded in Zoom, Teams or Google Meet, or uploaded to an unlisted YouTube or Vimeo page for the people who missed it. Paste a YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive link and nothing has to be downloaded; a file from the meeting tool goes in the box above, or on upload page if it is large.
Modules as chapters
Trainers move in blocks: an introduction, a demonstration, an exercise, a round of questions. The chapters follow those blocks with start times, so someone who only needs the part about the new approval workflow jumps to minute 47 instead of watching from the start.
Steps and settings, written out
When the trainer reads out a menu path, a setting, a deadline or a number, the brief lists it with the moment it was said. The questions the session answered are listed separately, which makes a quick FAQ for the next group. New starters who join months later can read the session in place of a repeat run.
Captions and handouts
Download SRT or VTT to put captions on the course video, DOCX to edit into a handout, and TXT or JSON for a knowledge base. Speech is transcribed; background music in an intro and the silence while people work on an exercise produce no text.
Why recorded training goes unwatched
A two-hour video is a poor reference when someone needs one step.
✗ The recording on its own
The session is saved, but nobody scrolls through two hours to find an answer.
- Participants re-asking what was covered
- No way to search for a setting or term
- Captions missing from the course video
- Handouts written from memory afterwards
- Tools that cap uploads well under two hours
- Breakout exercises that left no record
✓ The session as a document
The training becomes text that people search, skim and reuse.
- Two hours of training processed in about 4 minutes
- A chapter for each module
- Steps and numbers listed in the brief
- Captions ready as SRT or VTT
- Questions from the session collected
- A $6 pack still holds 380 minutes afterwards

FAQ
2-hour training sessions, the common questions.
How quickly is a 2-hour training session transcribed?
About 4 minutes. A link from YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive skips the upload, so most of the wait is processing.
What does a training course cost?
One 2-hour session uses 120 minutes of the $6 pack, leaving 380. A weekly course of twelve 2-hour sessions is 1,440 minutes, which fits on the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes with 560 minutes left. Credits do not expire, so the remainder carries into next quarter.
How large is the recording?
A screen-share video of two hours is usually 200 MB to 1 GB; a camera recording of a room can pass 2 GB. Files up to 2 GB upload before a pack; up to 5 GB once one is on the account.
Can I transcribe a whole training day?
Yes, one file can be up to 10 hours. A day split into morning and afternoon recordings is simply two uploads, and an event longer than 10 hours has to be two files.
Does it work for training in other languages?
Yes. 99 languages are detected automatically, and English product names inside speech in another language are handled.
Who sees the recording?
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. You can delete the file and the transcript from your account at any time.
