Transcribe a 3-hour bar review lecture and build the outline from the lecture itself.
A 3-hour bar review lecture is 180 minutes of rules, elements and worked examples, and it comes back as timestamped text in about 6 minutes; a recording you made yourself is about 170 MB as an MP3, and a downloaded lecture video is usually 1 to 3 GB. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
For bar exam study
Three hours of black-letter law, turned into text you can outline, search and drill.
From lecture to outline
Bar review lectures are dense: a rule, its elements, the exceptions, a hypothetical, then the next rule. Timestamped chapters mark each topic, so building an outline means working through the chapters instead of pausing a video every forty seconds.
The rules, word for word
When a lecturer states a rule slowly so you can write it down, the transcript has it exactly. Copy it into your outline from DOCX or TXT, and keep the timestamp so you can hear the explanation again before the exam.
Quiz yourself with the chat
Ask the chat over the transcript what the lecturer listed as the elements of a claim, or which exceptions came up for a rule, and it answers from the lecture with the moment it came from. The brief also lists the questions the recording answers, a ready-made self-test.
Which recordings can go in
A lecture you recorded in a live class, or a video your course lets you download, uploads directly; files up to 5 GB go up before a pack, through upload page when the box above is too small. Follow your course's terms on downloading and recording.
Why lecture hours slip
Three hours of lecture, and the outline still is not written.
✗ Pause, rewind, type
Taking notes from a dense lecture video doubles the time it takes to get through it.
- Pausing every minute to copy a rule
- Missing an exception while writing
- Rewatching to find one hypothetical
- Outlines that drift from the lecture
- No way to search past lectures
- Weeks behind the course schedule
✓ Read, then outline
The lecture comes back as text with topic chapters, ready to outline the same evening.
- Six minutes or so for the lecture
- Topic chapters for every rule covered
- Rules copied exactly from DOCX
- Chat to test your recall
- Searchable across every lecture you send
- 320-plus minutes left for the next lecture

FAQ
Three-hour bar review lectures: study questions.
How long does a 3-hour lecture take to transcribe?
About 6 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. A week of lectures can be sent on Sunday evening and read on Monday morning.
What does a whole subject or a whole course cost?
One three-hour lecture is 180 minutes on the $4 pack of 300. A subject taught in ten three-hour lectures is 1,800 minutes and fits the $18 pack of 3,000.
My course only streams the lectures. Can I paste the link?
YouTube, Vimeo and Google Drive share links paste straight in. For a course platform with no shareable link, download the video only if the course allows it, then upload; if it does not, record your own audio in a live session where recording is permitted.
Is the transcript reliable enough to study from?
It is a study aid made by AI, not legal advice and not a substitute for the course materials. Check a rule statement against your outline or the lecture handout before you memorise it, especially case names and numbers.
The lecture video is over 2 GB. Will it upload?
Before the first pack and after it, files up to 5 GB and up to 10 hours upload. Exporting the audio track brings a three-hour lecture down to about 170 MB.
Is my study material kept private?
Lecture recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. You can delete each lecture and its transcript once the exam is behind you.
