Transcribe a 3-hour talk radio recording and find every caller in seconds.
A 3-hour talk radio recording uses 180 minutes and is ready as text in about 6 minutes. Two full shows fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes, and you get the first 20 minutes free.
For hosts, producers and media monitors
Three hours of talk radio is a hundred opinions. The text puts each one where you can find it.
What the callers were angry about
The brief draws out the topics that kept coming back across the three hours and the positions callers took, which is the first thing a producer or a media monitor wants.
Every call in its own chapter
Each time the host takes a new line, the chapter changes, with a title and a start time. Finding the caller from the second hour takes one click.
Ask what was said
Type a question such as “what did callers say about the bus fares” and the chat answers from the transcript, with the passages it drew on.
Phone audio is fine
Callers come in over narrow phone lines. The speech is still transcribed, and the timestamp lets you check a hard-to-hear call against the audio.
Why monitoring by ear breaks down
Talk radio runs every weekday. Nobody can listen back to fifteen hours a week.
✗ Listening back
A producer pulling clips or an analyst tracking a topic has to sit through ads, travel news and long host monologues to find the ninety seconds that matter.
- Callers known only by first name and suburb
- Ad breaks that pad out every hour
- No record of what the host promised to follow up
- Three-hour files that time out on upload
- Thin phone audio that trips up cheap tools
- Transcription quoted per minute, for fifteen hours a week
✓ The same broadcast, transcribed
Each show becomes text the same day, with every call marked and searchable.
- The whole show as text in about 6 minutes
- Host and callers named in the summary, quotes and chapters
- A chapter for every call
- Ads and music skipped, the talk kept
- Questions the show answered, listed
- Five weekday shows on the $12 pack

FAQ
Three-hour talk radio recordings, answered.
How long does a 3-hour talk show take?
About 6 minutes. Upload it during the last hour of the broadcast and the earlier part is not something you will wait on for long.
How much is a week of talk radio?
A 3-hour show is 180 minutes, so the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers two shows. Five weekday shows come to 900 minutes and fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes, with room for most of a second week. A month of weekday shows, around 3,600 minutes, fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes.
How big a file can I send?
Each file may be as long as 10 hours or as large as 5 GB. A show recorded as video is larger, so export the audio if it nears the cap. A 3-hour show as audio is far below that. Before your first pack, uploads are capped at 2 GB.
Are callers labelled by name?
The host and callers are identified and named in the summary, key quotes and chapters, using the names said on air. A caller introduced only as “line three” stays that way.
What about a show in Spanish, Portuguese or Tagalog?
Those are among the 99 languages detected automatically. A show that mixes English and Tagalog in the same hour is handled in one pass.
Which exports are there, and is the audio shared?
Every show exports as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON. Nothing is passed to an outside service. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
