Transcribe a 6-hour conference day one room, one file, every session.
A 6-hour conference day is 360 minutes of audio and comes back as timestamped text in about 12 minutes; the room's audio is roughly 350 MB, while a 1080p video of the day often runs past 5 GB, so send the audio or the replay link. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
A day in one conference room
Every keynote, panel and talk from the day, readable before the evening reception.
Send the audio, not the video
The AV team usually records each room for the whole day. Six hours of 1080p video can run past the 5 GB file limit, but the audio track of the same day is around 350 MB and uploads before you buy anything. If the day was streamed, paste the YouTube or Vimeo replay link and we fetch it.
About twelve minutes
Processing runs at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio, so 360 minutes takes about 12. Changeovers between sessions, the coffee break and the lunch hour add almost nothing, and the published proof run of 9.31 hours in 1,033 seconds is at /proof/long-files.
Sessions as chapters
Chapters follow the programme: the opening keynote, each panel and talk, and the closing remarks, each with a start time. The brief lists the claims, figures and dates each speaker put forward, and the chat answers a question such as which panellist talked about pricing, with the passage to quote.
A whole conference, costed
One room for one day uses 360 of the 3,000 minutes in the $18 pack of 3,000 minutes. A three-day, single-track conference is 1,080 minutes, inside the $18 pack of 3,000 minutes. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.

FAQ
A 6-hour conference day, the common questions.
How long does a 6-hour conference day take to transcribe?
About 12 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. Leave the page whenever you want; the transcript lands in your Library.
What does 360 minutes cost?
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes. Your recording starts with a free preview of its opening minutes, and the pack continues from the end of that preview. There is no subscription; packs are one-time and the credits never expire.
Should I upload one file per session or one for the day?
Either. One file can hold up to 10 hours or 5 GB, so a full day from one room goes in whole and comes back with a chapter per session. Separate files per talk work just as well if you want a brief for each speaker.
The day was livestreamed. Can I paste the replay?
Yes. YouTube live replays and Vimeo links paste straight in. A stream replay longer than 6 hours starts once a pack is on the account, so a day that ran over six hours needs the pack first.
Do I get the Q&A from the audience?
Questions asked into a microphone are transcribed with everything else. Speakers on stage are named in the summary, key quotes and chapters, and it helps when the moderator introduces each one.
Which formats come out?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON from one pass, with 99 languages detected automatically for international programmes. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
