Transcribe a 90-minute church service readings, announcements and the message in one file.
A 90-minute church service is transcribed in about 3 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio, whether it arrives as a soundboard MP3 of around 85 MB or as a YouTube live replay link. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
For the media team and the office
The service as it happened, from the welcome to the benediction.
From the stream or the desk
If the service went out on YouTube, paste the replay link; live replays are fetched directly. A podcast feed, a Vimeo link or a Google Drive share link works the same way. A soundboard recording or a phone file is uploaded, and a Facebook stream is downloaded first, then uploaded.
Songs out, speech in
Worship sets, organ music and the choir anthem are not transcribed, so the text holds what was said: the call to worship, the readings, prayers, notices and the message. Processing still runs at about three minutes for ninety, music included.
Sundays, counted
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes. A five-Sunday month is 450 and still fits. Credits never expire.
What the office gets back
The brief carries the theme and the main takeaways, chapters mark each part of the order of service, and the scripture references, names, dates and event details read in the notices are listed. Whoever preached or led is named in the summary and key quotes.
Why the service stays on the replay
An hour and a half on video, and the bulletin needs one paragraph from it.
✗ The service as a replay
The stream is archived, but the words in it are hard to reach.
- Notices retyped for the newsletter
- Scripture readings looked up from memory
- Members asking when the retreat date was
- Captions missing on the replay
- No searchable record of past services
- A volunteer spending Sunday evening typing
✓ The service as text
Every spoken part, in order, ready for notes, captions and the archive.
- Ninety minutes in, about 3 minutes out
- Music skipped, speech kept
- Readings and dates listed in the brief
- Chapters along the order of service
- DOCX for the bulletin, SRT for the replay
- Packs from $4 for 300 minutes

FAQ
Ninety-minute services: the usual questions.
How long does a full 90-minute service take?
About 3 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. The music sections count toward the length of the file but are not transcribed.
Should I upload the whole service or only the sermon?
The whole service if the readings and notices matter to you; it costs 90 minutes of credit. If only the message matters, trim it first or see our sermon pages. Either way, the brief and chapters follow what was spoken.
Can I paste the YouTube livestream link?
Yes. YouTube live replays are fetched directly, along with Vimeo, Google Drive and podcast feeds. For platforms we do not fetch, download the recording and upload the file.
What does a year of services cost?
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes. Credits never expire, so buying once for the year is fine.
Our service is bilingual. Will that work?
Yes. 99 languages are detected automatically. A service that moves between two languages is read on its main language, and English words inside another-language service are handled; plan a quick read-through of the other-language parts.
Where does the recording go?
Services are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Exports are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON.
