Transcribe a 90-minute training session and turn it into a handout people actually read.
A 90-minute training session is transcribed in about 3 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio; an audio-only recording is often well under 100 MB, while a screen-share video can run to several hundred. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
For trainers, HR and team leads
The session once, in writing, for everyone who missed it or forgot half of it.
From the call or the room
A session run on Zoom, Teams or Google Meet is usually saved by the platform as a video file, sometimes with a separate audio file; download it and upload here. Recording a call needs whatever consent applies where you and the participants are. A room session recorded on a phone or recorder uploads the same way, and a Drive share link can be pasted.
Back in about three minutes
Processing runs at about 2 minutes per audio hour. The screen-share part of a video is not read, so the text is what the trainer and participants said aloud.
A programme, counted
Five 90-minute sessions are 450 minutes, inside the $18 pack of 3,000 minutes. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire. A weekly session for a year is 4,680 minutes, which fits the $32 pack of 6,000.
Turning it into material
The brief summarises the session's purpose and takeaways, chapters mark each step or module, and the questions the session answers are listed, which is the start of a FAQ for the next cohort. The trainer and anyone who asks a question are named in the summary and key quotes.

FAQ
Ninety-minute training sessions: the practical questions.
How long does a 90-minute session take?
Roughly 3 minutes; the rate is about 2 minutes for every hour of audio. A full training day of six hours is about 12 minutes, and it can go in as one file.
Which Zoom or Teams file should I upload?
Whichever the platform saved for you. Video files work, and an audio-only file, if your settings produce one, is smaller and gives the same text. Menus and download options vary by plan and version, so check the recording's own page.
Is the content on the shared screen transcribed?
No. Only speech is transcribed. If the trainer reads a slide aloud, that sentence appears; text on a slide that nobody says does not.
What does a full onboarding programme cost?
Eight 90-minute sessions are 720 minutes, on the $18 pack of 3,000. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
Does a bot join our training call?
No. No bot joins any call. You record the session the way you normally do, then upload the recording or paste a link afterwards.
Is internal material kept private?
We transcribe every recording on our own servers, and none is ever used for training. A $19/month Workspace exists for a team that records every week, and individual packs work fine for occasional sessions.
