Transcribe Bikol BPO call recordings and audit the batch by reading it.
A QA sample of 25 Bikol and English calls of 18 minutes each is 450 minutes of audio, and it comes back as searchable text in about 15 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers the full sample.
For quality and compliance reviewers
Calibration is quicker when every reviewer reads the same words instead of hearing them differently.
What each call was about
A short brief for every call says why the customer called, what the agent promised and whether the issue was closed, which is the first column of most QA forms.
Promises you can check
Ticket numbers, callback dates, amounts and plan names said aloud are listed with timestamps. When a customer says they were promised a refund, the line is easy to find.
Search the whole sample
Look for a phrase across every call in the batch, such as a disclosure the agent must read or a word the client has banned from scripts.
Folders and long files
Point to the Drive folder the recordings are exported to, or bring in a long merged session file through the upload page.
Why QA falls behind
A sample of 25 long calls is more than seven hours of listening before a single form is filled in.
✗ Auditing calls by ear
Collections and tech support calls run long, customers drift between Bikol, Tagalog and English, and the reviewer replays each tricky turn to be sure of a score. New analysts take weeks to hear Bikol turns the same way senior reviewers do.
- Seven hours of listening per sample
- Mixed-language turns lost by English tools
- Disclosures hard to verify by ear
- Calibration sessions arguing over wording
- No text to attach to a coaching note
- Long calls that cost more to review
✓ The same sample here
Each call becomes text with the parts a QA form needs pulled to the top.
- A brief per call
- Reference numbers and dates with timestamps
- Phrase search across the batch
- Customer questions listed per call
- 450 minutes on the $6 pack
- JSON for your own QA tooling

FAQ
Bikol BPO call transcription, answered.
How long does a sample take to process?
About 15 minutes for 7.5 hours of calls, at roughly 2 minutes per audio hour. A single 18-minute call is usually done in well under a minute.
Which pack does a QA programme need?
The 25-call sample of 450 minutes fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes. A hundred calls of 15 minutes, 1,500 minutes, belong on the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. Three hundred such calls, 4,500 minutes, fit the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes, which adds API access for teams that want to send files from their own systems.
How accurate is Bikol on calls?
English and Tagalog come back cleanly, and calls that move between the two are handled. Bikol is supported but its accuracy trails the major languages, so read Bikol turns as a fast first draft and plan one review pass before they decide a score.
Is there a file size cap?
Each file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever comes first, so even a long merged recording goes up in one piece. Before the first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB; anything larger starts once a pack is on the account.
Can we upload client recordings?
For client data the rule is simple: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Follow your client's data handling rules, and delete calls and transcripts when the review is done.
Will I know which lines were the agent's?
Speakers are identified and named in the call brief, the key quotes and the chapters. The body of the transcript is timestamped text rather than a label on every line.
