Transcribe Waray BPO call recordings so QA reads the calls instead of replaying them.
A QA batch of 40 Waray and English calls averaging 12 minutes is 8 hours of audio, and it comes back as searchable text in about 16 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers that 480-minute batch with 20 minutes left over.
For QA analysts in Waray-speaking queues
A scorecard asks what the agent said. The transcript lets you quote it instead of paraphrasing from memory.
A brief at the top of every call
Each call opens with what the customer wanted, what the agent offered and how it ended. On a forty-call batch that is the first pass of QA done before you press play once.
The numbers said on the line
Reference numbers, due dates, refund amounts and plan names spoken during the call are listed with the second they were said, so a disputed promise is a click away.
Questions the call answers
The customer's questions are drawn out as a list. Patterns across a batch show up fast: the same billing question asked twenty times is a coaching topic.
A folder in, a batch out
Share the Drive folder where the dialer exports land, or send a large merged recording through the upload page. Each file becomes its own transcript.
Why calibration drags
Listening to 8 hours of calls to score a handful of moments is the slowest part of QA.
✗ QA from audio alone
Calls in a Waray-speaking queue switch language mid-sentence. Generic English tools drop those turns, and analysts end up replaying the same stretch three times.
- Scoring from a 12-minute replay per call
- Waray turns missing from English-only tools
- No search across a week of calls
- Disputes settled by memory
- Escalations hard to quote in a coaching session
- Per-minute quotes that punish long calls
✓ The same batch here
Every call comes back as text with the structure drawn out, ready for the scorecard.
- One brief per call, issue and outcome first
- Spoken numbers and dates with timestamps
- Chapters for greeting, probing, resolution
- Search across the whole batch at once
- 480 minutes of calls on the $6 pack
- Exports in TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON for the QA sheet

FAQ
Waray BPO call transcription, answered.
How long does a QA batch take?
Processing runs at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so 8 hours of calls are ready in roughly 16 minutes. Single calls of 10 to 15 minutes usually finish in well under a minute.
What does a batch cost, and on which pack?
Forty calls of 12 minutes are 480 minutes, which the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers. A heavier week of 150 such calls is 1,800 minutes and sits on the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. A monthly sample of 400 calls at 10 minutes is 4,000 minutes, a job for the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes, which also carries API access. Credits never expire, and no subscription is attached to any pack.
How well does it handle Waray?
English and Tagalog come back cleanly, and calls that switch between them are handled. Waray is supported but trails the major languages, so treat the Waray turns as a fast first draft and plan one review pass before an agent's score depends on them.
Is there a size limit, and do merged recordings need splitting?
No splitting is needed up to 10 hours or 5 GB in one file, whichever comes first. Before the first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB; a larger merged file starts once a pack is on the account.
Can I put customer calls here?
Every call you send is handled the same way: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Delete a call and its transcript once the audit closes; check your client's data rules before uploading their recordings.
Are the agent and the customer told apart?
Speakers are identified and named in the call summary, the key quotes and the chapters, which is where a reviewer needs them. The transcript lines themselves carry timestamps rather than a label on each line.
