Transcribe church service recordings in Brazil every Sunday, the whole service.
A church service recorded in Brazil, a culto or a missa of 90 to 120 minutes, comes back here in about 3 to 4 minutes with Portuguese detected automatically. The first 20 minutes are free, a month of four 2-hour services uses 480 minutes of a $6 pack of 500, and a media team that records every week can use the $19 monthly Workspace instead.
From Sunday to the rest of the week
One service becomes a sermon text, captions and a study guide.
The full service, not only the sermon
Upload the whole recording, worship and announcements included. Sung music is not transcribed, the spoken parts are, and the chapters show where the preaching starts so you can go straight to it.
Straight from the live stream
If the culto was streamed and the replay is on YouTube, paste the link, and the audio is fetched without a download. A file from the sound desk or a phone recorder also uploads as it is. upload page
Material for the small groups
The brief states the message and its takeaways and lists the Bible references, names and dates mentioned. Leaders of the week's small groups can start their study guide from that instead of from notes.
A routine the team can keep
Processing runs at about 2 minutes per audio hour, so Sunday's service is text before the team has packed up. Credits never expire, so a pack bought in one month carries over to the next.
Why sermons stay as video
Most messages are preached once and never written down.
✗ The Monday backlog
Volunteers try to turn the service into text, and it rarely happens every week.
- A 2-hour video nobody has time to type
- Sermon notes that stop halfway
- Captions missing from the published video
- Free tools that end before the sermon does
- No written archive of past series
- Study guides rebuilt from memory
✓ Every service, written down
One upload or link a week keeps an archive that grows on its own.
- A 2-hour culto in about 4 minutes
- Chapters for worship, word and announcements
- The preacher named in the summary and quotes
- Scripture references collected in the brief
- Captions for the replay as SRT or VTT
- DOCX to edit into a printed message

FAQ
Church service recordings, answered.
How long does a 2-hour service take to transcribe?
About 4 minutes, since processing runs at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 90-minute missa is about 3 minutes. Close the tab whenever you like; the transcript stays in your Library.
What does a month or a year of services cost?
Four Sunday services of 2 hours each are 480 minutes, which fits the $6 pack of 500. A year of weekly 2-hour services is about 104 hours, or 6,240 minutes, so a church planning for the year would buy the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes and top up later in the year.
Can I upload the service video?
Yes. Each upload may be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, and before the first pack uploads up to 2 GB go through. A long high-resolution service video can be larger; in that case, send the audio or paste the YouTube link instead.
Do I need to cut out the worship songs first?
No. Send the whole service. Music is not transcribed, only the speech is, and the chapters mark where the preaching begins and ends. Only a recording over 10 hours, such as a full conference day, needs splitting.
Does it work for services in Portuguese, Spanish or English?
Yes. Portuguese is detected automatically, and so are Spanish, English and 96 other languages, so a guest preacher from abroad needs no setting. A service with a translator speaking in turn is transcribed on its main language, so read back the other language before publishing.
Which formats come back, and is the recording private?
Every service exports as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and the media team can delete any service and its transcript at any time.
