Transcribe church service recordings in South Korea every Sunday, in Korean.
A two-hour church service recorded in Korean is transcribed in about 4 minutes, with the sermon's main points in the brief. The first 20 minutes are free, a single service fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes, and thirteen weeks of two-hour services fit the $12 pack of 2,000.
For the church media team
The sermon was preached once; the text can serve the congregation all week.
The sermon, distilled
The brief sets out the sermon's thesis and its takeaways, and the key quotes come with timestamps. Small-group leaders can build discussion questions from that, and the bulletin can carry a short summary.
Hymns stay hymns
Music, choir and congregational singing are not transcribed; the speech is. Prayers, announcements and the sermon come back as text, and the chapters mark where each part of the service begins. A sermon with a long choral passage in the middle comes back with the spoken parts on either side, and the timestamps keep their place.
Many services, one account
Large congregations hold several services on a Sunday, plus dawn prayer and midweek meetings. For a media team that records every week, a $19 monthly Workspace keeps the recordings together; packs suit occasional use.
From the stream or the desk
If the service is streamed to YouTube, paste the link on the upload page. A recording from the sound desk can be uploaded as a file of up to 2 GB before the first pack, which covers a two-hour service many times over.
Why sermon recordings are hard to reuse
Every week brings a new recording, and last month's are already hard to find.
✗ An archive of videos
The recordings exist, but finding the week a passage was preached means opening one video after another.
- Sermon notes typed by a volunteer
- No way to search past messages
- The preacher's quotes reconstructed from memory
- Music and speech mixed in one caption track
- A tool that stops after the first hour
- A recording backlog that grows each Sunday
✓ A library of sermons as text
Each service comes back with a brief and chapters, ready for sermon notes, small groups or a study guide.
- About 4 minutes for a two-hour service
- Korean recognised with no setting
- The preacher named in the summary and quotes
- Scripture references said aloud, in the list
- Questions the sermon answers, listed
- SRT and VTT for captions on the video

FAQ
Church service recordings, answered.
How long does a two-hour service take to transcribe?
About 4 minutes: processing runs at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 90-minute service takes around 3. If you close the page, the transcript is waiting in your Library.
What does a year of weekly services cost?
One two-hour service is 120 minutes and fits the $6 pack of 500, which covers four such Sundays. Thirteen weeks, 1,560 minutes, fit the $12 pack of 2,000; a full year of 52 services is 6,240 minutes, which takes a $24 pack of 5,000 plus a $12 pack. Prices are in US dollars, and credits never expire.
Our recording is a long video from the stream. Will it upload?
Before the first pack, files up to 2 GB upload; after it, one file can be up to 5 GB or 10 hours. A pasted YouTube link avoids the upload, and a recording from a platform that cannot be linked is downloaded first, then uploaded.
Should I cut the music out before uploading?
No. Music and singing are left out of the transcript on their own, and the service goes up as one file. The timestamps still count the full length, so a quote can be found in the video. Two services recorded separately go up as two files, which you can send together.
Does it handle Korean sermons with Bible names and English words?
Korean is detected automatically and the service is transcribed on that main language. Biblical names and English words inside a Korean sermon are handled; read the scripture references against the audio before printing them.
Which formats come back, and who sees the service recording?
TXT and DOCX for notes and bulletins, SRT and VTT for captions, and JSON. Service recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
