Transcribe conference recordings from an event in Brazil.
To transcribe the recordings of a conference held in Brazil, keep one file per session and paste a Google Drive folder link, or upload the files below. Each hour of audio takes about 2 minutes, and a three-day event of thirty 45-minute sessions is 1,350 minutes, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000.
For the organiser after the event
Every palestra from the programme, back as its own searchable transcript.
A folder link for the whole programme
Put the session files in one Google Drive folder, share it by link and paste the link. Each file becomes its own job with its own transcript, so a keynote and a 20-minute painel do not run together into one document.
Sessions in more than one language
Brazilian events often mix Portuguese talks with English or Spanish guests. Each file is detected on its own main language, so the international keynote and the local panel can sit in the same folder.
The event on one pack
Thirty sessions of 45 minutes come to 1,350 minutes, inside the $12 pack of 2,000. A larger event with sixty such sessions is 2,700 minutes and goes on the $24 pack of 5,000. Credits never expire, so next year's edition can use what is left.
Quotes for the post-event report
Each session comes back with a brief, chapters and key quotes with the speaker named. That is what the anais, the newsletter or the sponsor report needs, without someone rewatching every recording.
Why conference recordings go unused
A folder of forty session videos is a lot of hours nobody will rewatch.
✗ The usual post-event folder
Recordings get uploaded to a channel or a drive and are rarely opened again.
- Forty files, each opened one at a time
- Captions missing on most sessions
- No written record of the panels
- Quotes taken from memory
- Foreign speakers left untranscribed
- Report written weeks later
✓ A transcript per session
Paste one link and the programme comes back as documents you can search and quote.
- One job per file in the folder
- Language detected per session
- Speakers named in each summary
- Chapters inside longer sessions
- SRT and VTT for the published videos
- Credits that carry to next year

FAQ
Conference recordings in Brazil: common questions.
How long will the whole programme take?
Each hour of audio takes about 2 minutes, and the sessions in a folder are processed as separate jobs. A 45-minute session is usually back in under 2 minutes.
What will a three-day event cost?
Add the session lengths. Thirty sessions of 45 minutes are 1,350 minutes and fit the $12 pack of 2,000; one long keynote day of up to 500 minutes fits the $6 pack; sixty sessions go on the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free for a first-time visitor, and all prices are in USD.
Should I upload one file per session or the whole day?
One file per session is best for conferences, because each talk gets its own brief and chapters. A full stage recording of up to 10 hours or 5 GB can also go in as one file if that is all you have.
Can I paste a Google Drive folder?
Yes. Share the folder so anyone with the link can view it, then paste the link. Anything above 2 GB waits until a pack is on the account. YouTube and Vimeo links to published sessions also work.
What if a session is in English or Spanish?
Each file is detected on its own main language, out of 99. A session that switches language partway through is transcribed on its main language.
Which exports are there, and are the files kept private?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON per session. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
