Transcribe conference recordings in Japan every session, from one folder.
A multi-day conference or seminar in Japan can go in as a Google Drive folder link, one file per session, each up to 10 hours, and each comes back at about 2 minutes per audio hour. The first 20 minutes are free, and three days of four rooms at 6 hours each is 4,320 minutes, inside the $24 pack of 5,000.
A whole event, session by session
Every talk and panel as its own transcript, ready for the archive.
One folder link for the event
Put the session recordings in a Google Drive folder, share it, and paste the folder link. Each file is transcribed as its own recording, so a 40-minute talk and a 3-hour panel each keep their own timestamps.
The event, priced
Three days, four rooms and about 6 hours of sessions per room is 72 hours, or 4,320 minutes. The $24 pack holds 5,000 minutes, which covers the event and leaves 680.
Speakers in every summary
Each session's brief gives the thesis and takeaways, and speakers are named in the summary, key quotes and chapters. Organisers can publish a recap per talk without watching every recording.
Captions for the session videos
Export SRT or VTT for each session and add captions to the published videos. TXT and DOCX suit a written report of the event.
Why event recordings stay unused
A conference produces dozens of hours of video, and nobody has time to watch them.
✗ Too many hours to process
Multi-day events leave behind more recordings than a small team can handle by hand. By the time recaps are written, attendees have moved on.
- Dozens of files uploaded one by one
- Long panels too big for basic tools
- No recap for people who missed a room
- Captions added by hand, or not at all
- Quotes for the report found by replaying
- A plan that bills every month
✓ Every session, in text
Share one folder and get a transcript, brief and captions for each session.
- A Drive folder link for the batch
- About 2 minutes for each hour of a session
- A brief per session for the recap
- Timestamped quotes for the report
- SRT and VTT per session
- One-time packs sized to the event

FAQ
Conference recordings from Japan, the common questions.
How long does each session take to transcribe?
Around 2 minutes for each hour of audio. A 45-minute talk is usually done in under 2 minutes, and a 3-hour workshop in about 6. Files in a folder are processed as separate recordings.
What does a whole conference cost?
Add up the session hours. A one-day event with two rooms of 6 hours is 720 minutes, which suits the $12 pack of 2,000. A three-day event with four rooms of 6 hours is 4,320 minutes, inside the $24 pack of 5,000.
How large can each session file be?
Each session file can be up to 5 GB and run up to 10 hours. Before the first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB, and larger files start once a pack is on the account. A Google Drive folder link means no upload from your computer at all.
Should a full day in one room be one file or many?
Either works up to 10 hours. One file per session gives each talk its own transcript and brief, which is usually easier to publish.
Does it work for sessions in Japanese and in English?
Both are among 99 languages, detected automatically for each file. A session that switches between them is detected on its main language, so check the passages in the other language before quoting them.
What can we export, and what happens to unreleased talks?
Every session exports to TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Talks that are not yet public stay that way: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
