What a conference turns into

A whole folder from one link
Put the session files in a Google Drive folder, set it to share by link, and paste that link. Each file in the folder is transcribed as its own recording, with its own timestamps, so the AV team's export is the input.
One file per session, or one per stage
If each talk was recorded separately, every session gets its own transcript. If a stage ran all day into one file, that works too: up to 10 hours or 5 GB goes in on the upload page, and chapters mark where the subject moved to the next talk.
Talks summarised, speakers named
Each session's brief states the talk's argument and takeaways, and the speaker's name, said by the moderator or the speaker, carries into the summary, the key quotes and the chapters. A post-event report can be assembled from the briefs.
Panels and audience questions
Panel discussions and questions from the floor come through as spoken. Applause and walk-on music are not transcribed, so each text runs from the moderator's first word to the last answer.

How quickly are the sessions ready?
A 45-minute session takes about a minute and a half, and an all-day stage recording of 8 hours about 16 minutes. Each file in a folder is processed as its own recording at about 2 minutes per hour of audio.
What does a three-day conference cost?
Twenty-four 45-minute sessions come to 1,080 minutes, which fits on the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes with room for the keynotes. A larger event with four parallel tracks over three days can pass 4,000 minutes and suits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes.
The sessions were livestreamed on YouTube. Can I use those?
Yes. Paste each replay link; YouTube live replays are accepted as they are. A replay longer than 6 hours starts once a pack is on the account, and one longer than 10 hours has to be two files.
Some sessions were in English. Is that a problem?
No. Each recording is detected on its own main language, so Swedish sessions come back in Swedish and English sessions in English, from the same folder. 99 languages are detected without a setting.
How large can each file be?
Up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Before the first pack is bought, each upload is limited to 2 GB, and larger files start once a pack is on the account. Exporting audio only keeps an all-day stage file small.
What can we publish, and who sees talks that are not out yet?
SRT and VTT for captioned session videos, DOCX and TXT for written write-ups, JSON for an event archive. Talks that have not been published are safe to send: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
