QA sampling, escalations, coaching · call batches by the hour

Transcribe Hiligaynon BPO call recordings and review the batch in an afternoon.

Forty sampled calls of about 12 minutes each, 480 minutes in all, are transcribed in roughly 16 minutes of processing, with English and Hiligaynon in the same call handled. The first 20 minutes are free to test on a few calls, and that batch fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes.

For quality analysts and coaches

QA listens to a sample of calls every week. Reading them takes a fraction of the time listening does.

Each call summed up

The brief of every call says what the customer wanted and how the agent closed it, so a reviewer can choose which calls deserve a full listen.

Commitments with their times

Callback dates, refund amounts, reference numbers and promised timelines are listed with timestamps, which is where most escalations start.

Agent and customer named in the brief

The summary, key quotes and chapters say who said what, agent or customer, without you writing it in by hand.

A folder of calls in one step

Paste a Google Drive folder that holds the week's sample, or drop the files together through the upload page.

Why listening alone fails

A QA analyst who listens to every sampled call in real time spends the whole shift on a handful of them.

✗ Reviewing by listening

Agents on sites in Iloilo or Bacolod often switch to Hiligaynon to calm a local caller and back to English for the script. Listening is slow, and English-only tools lose the part where the agent actually solved the problem.

  • A shift spent on a dozen calls
  • Code switches that English-only tools drop
  • Promised callback dates missed in review
  • Coaching notes without the exact wording
  • Disputes argued from memory
  • No way to search the batch for a phrase

✓ The same batch here

Every call comes back as text with times, and the pieces QA scores are pulled out.

  • A brief per call with issue and outcome
  • Amounts, dates and reference numbers listed
  • The exact wording behind a complaint
  • Search across the whole sample
  • A 480-minute batch on the $6 pack
  • JSON to feed your scoring sheet

FAQ

Hiligaynon call recordings, answered.

How fast is a batch of calls processed?

Each call runs at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 12-minute call takes well under a minute. A batch of forty is back in the time it takes to set up the scoring sheet.

What does a week of QA sampling cost?

Forty calls of 12 minutes is 480 minutes, inside the $6 pack of 500 minutes. A week of 150 sampled calls at the same length is 1,800 minutes and fits the $12 pack of 2,000. A month of that sampling, around 7,200 minutes, needs two $24 packs of 5,000 minutes, and credits never expire between them.

How accurate is Hiligaynon in a call?

Hiligaynon is supported, but accuracy trails the major languages, so the Hiligaynon stretches are a fast first draft that needs one review pass before a score is disputed. The English script portions come back cleanly.

Can I upload long recordings that hold several calls back to back?

Yes. One file may run up to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever comes first, and chapters will mark where the conversation changes. Until the first pack is bought, an upload can be at most 2 GB.

Does a bot listen in on live calls?

No. Nothing joins a call or connects to the dialer; this works only on recordings you export and upload afterwards. Check that your account's policy lets you move recordings before you do.

Which exports are there, and what happens to customer audio?

TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, with JSON the easiest to load into a scoring sheet. For call audio that holds customer details: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and you can delete each one with its transcript.
